Logement conforme.. Litterie confortable, meubles personnalisés, équipement correct. Le n°4 est un appartement agréable !

L'immeuble est bien en revanche l'environnement est plutôt sale et un peu bruyant en journée. La communication avec le concierge serait à parfaire.

La gentilezza e la reattività del proprietario, Ignazio. L'appartamento molto pulito e la sua posizione centralissima. Ottima biancheria e molto fornito il bagno. Molto bello anche il design e la cura dei dettagli. Lavanderia ad uso esclusivo degli appartamenti ed ascensore interno.

La breve durata del soggiorno.

Location is the best of the best. Right at the center yet very quiet. The apartment is really large and comfortable and the kitchen allows you to cook some meals if you had too many arancina. There is laundry, great AC (even though the place is so insulated you come back to a cool place without leaving the AC on) Ignazio the host was extremely friendly and accommodating. He came early to meet us and even let us stay until later on the last day because flight was late (and no one booked). We had friends staying elsewhere that were very jealous when they saw our apartment.

Great place to stay in the heart of Palermo old town. 5-10 minutes walk from everyhting we wanted to see. Really helfpul and friendly host, Ignazio, who offered great recommendations in the area. Tutto magnifico!

Nothing, everything perfect

Very nice apartment in an excellent location, walking distance to historic sights & restaurants. Helpful, friendly and efficient host. Apartment was very clean & cosy, with a little balcony which was nice. Minimally but well furnished. Comfortable bed and good air con.

Kitchenette could be a little better equipped - coffee maker & toaster would have been useful. A large mirror in the living room would also be useful - the only mirror was in the bathroom. More pillows too would be good! If you're staying here, take ear plugs - the local kids play outside at night till very late!

It was very clean,compact and full filled our needs. I would recommend the apartment as it was convenient to train , town central etc. Our host was fantastic and most attentive and very helpful. He gave us lots of help with places of interest and where to eat. He was excellent.

Outstanding service!! The host Ignazio was very attentive and helpful, making our experience exceptional. Thank you so much for your warm welcome and driving care :) We loved the charming balconies with darkening doors, the spacious bathroom and the comfortable bed. Also the cleanliness is worth mentioning. Furthermore guests are able to use a washing machine and ironing supplies. Great location! Close to local amenities and just a few steps away from all the great sights in Palermo. Gitty & Annebel

It is easy to get everywhere from here. The bus 101 (5 mins) is on Via Roma just down the end of Via Bologna. The central train and bus terminals easy 7 mins. Then you have all the great sites in easy walking distance. Via Maqueda, Ballarò, Teatro Massimo… It is a large apartment with little balcony with table and chairs. Tiny kitchen great for quick breakfast, coffee, cut up some fruit etc but not for cooking. There is a microwave if you need. Bathroom is big. Comfortable bed, big bath towels, aircon and heating. There is also a lift. The apartment is located within earshot and eyeshot of local residents so you’ll hear the kids play, smell their food (delicious!), see their washing. It’s all part of the experience. As a single female traveller I felt safe - just take normal safety precautions. Ignazio was bery helpful with recommendations and city guidance.

For me it didn’t worry me but if you don’t want to hear kids you may need to look somewhere else.
