Vient de figurer 6/24/19 après un achat récent et de rénovation. Première fois sur le marché locatif. Nous sommes impatients de vous accueillir dans notre havre de paix! Réveillez-vous et profitez de la magnifique vue sur le lagon et le parcours Osprey, entourée de palmiers et de chênes matures dégoulinant de mousse espagnole avant de commencer votre journée sur la magnifique île de Kiawah. Profitez d'une balade à vélo d'environ 5 minutes à la plage sous les chênes centenaires le long de l'allée des allées des chênes de la plantation orignale de Vanderhorst. Après une journée passée à jouer au golf ou au kayak sur la célèbre plage de Kiawah, asseyez-vous et détendez-vous au son de la brise sur le porche. Il y a de fortes chances pour que vous ayez une vue sur la faune abondante et le ciel saisissant du soir avant de passer la nuit au repos dans cette maison de quatre chambres située en retrait de Governors Drive. Situé dans un emplacement fabuleusement central derrière la deuxième porte de la plantation Vanderhorst, tout en offrant un accès facile à tout ce que Kiawah a à offrir, y compris la plage, le golf, le sanctuaire et le parcours océanique.

This our 8th family visit to Kiawah Island, and we loved every minute this year. Beautiful house, great location and peaceful backyard view. The hostess, Jill, is so accommodating. The other half of our family stayed at the property across the street. It was fun for everyone, and especially nice that the cousins and grandchildren could easily go back and forth. I especially liked that the beach bike path is right there. Can’t wait for next year! This set up worked for us and we’ll all be back!

Renovation was done well. House is nicely laid out for families with multiple aged guests as there are bedrooms on both sides of the home. Good for two small families. I did not like the location right on a main road and the driveway is laid out in a complicated way. The host was excellent in both communication and responsiveness.

Great location right off Governors Dr Property was clean and well appointed. Our adult family of seven were all comfortable and enjoyed the great view of the 13th fairway on the Osprey Course. Would recommend and stay again.

Osprey Breeze at 177 Governors was a great location on Kiawah with a great lagoon view and more than adequate space for my family of 6. The owner made herself available and we would love to stay there again! Thanks for a great 2 weeks!

Great house for our family of 8. Kids had the best time going to the Beach. We biked around the island with the bikes provided. Grilled on the back deck and had great many dinners together. Jill was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions we had

Great Layout, Wonderfully Responsive Owner
This is a well-laid out house in a perfect location. It is within the second gate (which is a plus for me) and a lovely, easy, welcome bike ride to the beach. Also easy ride to the Sanctuary Resort and its amenities. There was ample room for 7 people (ages 19 - 52) and I love that, unlike so many rentals, it wasn't just a sea of queen beds. It would be an easy house to have younger kids in as well - two of the bathrooms are accessible to all. Perhaps most importantly, the owner was responsive before and during our stay - ready to offer guidance and answer questions. It really felt like staying at a friend's house.

We rented this house and it was perfect for our family for Spring Break 2020 Take 2. We had four couples - so everyone had their own space which was very nice. But we could also hang out in the common area to watch the wildlife, play games, or just enjoy each other's company.

Perfect Island Getaway
A fantastic home with a fantastic owner. Jill provided a helpful guidebook for recommended activities and communicated quickly with answers to our questions. The house is right on the bike path which makes it such an easy and beautiful bike ride (about 10 minutes) to the beach access. The home is perfect for families and couples a like with plenty of room to relax, gather, or work if needed. You will definitely be happy with this home!

Great Getaway!
The home was perfect for our family getaway and would also be perfect if you and your friends are looking for a place to stay. Enjoyed grilling and having dinner on the screened porch and took advantage daily of the bikes available and rode all over the island. The home is very clean, comfortable and has more room than you realize. We have been coming to Kiawah for 28 years and we will be repeat customers to this property. I highly recommend this property.

Each morning, we strapped our chairs on our backs and packed a few items in our baskets and took off. The kids enjoyed going to the beach this way! Beyond the house, the best part was the helpfulness of the hostess, Jill. She went above and beyond to help our group which really added to our trip. If you need something or have questions, talk to her and she will do everything in her power to help. We loved it and hope to come back to the property next year! Thank you, Jill!

Totally amazing vacation rental :)
Where do I begin with this amazing vacation rental?! It all started even before we arrived at the house! Jill contacted me before our trip to see if I needed any information before heading to the house. As it happened, I was looking for restaurant recommendations as well as information about a boating trip. Jill was able to help me with both! On arriving at the house, I wasn’t able to locate the coffee Jill had mentioned in her message to me. Jill had inadvertently put it in the owners closet which was totally fine as I was heading to the grocery store but Jill sent me a packet of the amazing coffee via Amazon Prime! How amazing is that! The house is beautifully decorated and the location to the beach is perfect. My family thoroughly enjoyed our evening bike rides both to the beach as well as exploring the island. A most wonderful week was spent biking, playing tennis and frisbee golf, chilling on the beach, participating in a spike ball tournament with my son! long walks on the beach, eating at amazing restaurants and sipping cocktails watching the sunset. Amazing week! Thank you so much Jill. We’ll definitely be back! :)

Communication with the property owner Jill was excellent. She’s so personable. The check in process was easy as pie. There was plenty of room for my husband and me and three college age/young adults. We loved the bike rides to the beach and seeing the alligators in the lagoon. We were surprised to hear the frogs at night, but it wasn’t a bother, just a nice reminder of nature’s resiliency.
