La posizione davvero ultra comoda sia per la spiaggia che per il centro

Forse ho sbagliato io nella ricerca, non mi aspettavo un ostello, nella camera non c'era nemmeno un armadio, solo un letto da camerata e due puff comodino. La colazione tremenda (11 sterline): niente caffè o latte etc, e ok, la macchinetta non andava, prendo un tè? Tutti i gusti tranne un normale tè nero (il classico english breakfast) Cibo salato: qualcosa c'era, dolce nada de nada. Nemmeno un succo di frutta, solo una brocca d'acqua. E dire che a me della colazione frega relativamente, ma un'altra si sarebbe incazzata. Io mi do della scema che potevo con 2 sterline in più farmi una colazione della madonna da un'altra parte.

Bar in communal room. Roomy dine room, ease of using digi-access card, lift to upper floor choice, being close to amenities.

Stuff conditions in crowded room. Fan didn't keep room cool. Had to sleep with fan on all thru night, turned off for some peace some one else switched back on again.

Det beste med å bo her var den sentrale beliggenheten - nærheten til stranden, busstransport, bysentrum med butikker og spisesteder. Personalet på YHA Brighton var og veldig hyggelige, blide og imøtekommende. Det var topp at det var mulig å få oppbevare bagasjen der både på ankomst- og avreisedag, da det ikke fantes mulighet for å oppbevare bagasje verken på togstasjoner, flyplass og andre offentlige steder. Kaffen (som man kunne kjøpe i baren) var og god. Det føltes eller som et trygt sted å bo, selv om det lå så sentralt til. Det var og godt lydisolert mellom rommene, fikk vi inntrykk av.

Det verste var at rommet manglet både aircondition og mulighet til å ha vinduet oppe mer enn noen centimeter. Lufta på rommet var fryktelig stillestående, varm og klam og det var vanskelig å sove om natta når det var så varmt som det var ute. Det var og mye støy fra nattklubben og gatelivet rett nedenfor soveromsvinduet. Det fantes ingen mulighet til å lage seg egen mat - ingen tekoker eller kaffetrakter, mikrobølgeovn, kokeplate /komfyr, kjøleskap, o.l., som fordyret oppholdet ganske mye. Ellers så var hodeputene dårlige og renhold og det bygningsmessige vedlikeholdet kunne absolutt vært bedre.

Very central location to The Lanes, Palace Pier and Churchill Mall. Staff was very welcoming and super smooth checkin. Our private room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We wished we were staying another night! Nearest carpark, it was pricey but good security measures: your printed ticket is used to open the doors. We would definitely come back and stay here again on our next visit!

Excellent location by sea front and town centre, buses. Very reasonably priced. Refurbished grand hotel still retaining its style. Cafe open 24 hours. Breakfast available.

No frills but beyond adequate, Shower is excellent. Easy check in. Good security. The building is old but everything is tastefully and well maintained. The room was spacious and had a view of the park. The location is right at the pier and right by the bus stops. Good Wi-Fi and good TV channels.

Hard pillows. And little storage for stuff.

Didn’t offer any parking there & they don’t provide any bath towels, was asked if we wanted towels we had to pay extra, & had to go & park the car about 10 minutes away, not to mention I had to pay £20 for the car park. Don’t think I would go back there

Dormí en una habitación para 6 mujeres con baño privado . Era muy espaciosa y limpia. Los ambiente para comer también son muy grandes, en uno te sirven el desayuno y en el otro puedes llevar tu comida y usar las instalaciones Excelente lugar

I absolutely loved staying in this hotel . It's very safe and kids friendly. Location is fantastic, just next to the beach and pierce. Room was big and clean. We could leave our bags at reception after check out. I would stay here again

There is no TV , no kettle. You cannot self serve breakfast for yourself, there is a lady who does it and it was very uncomfortable to go there again and again even though I have paid for it . Hotel is just next to the concert hall and it was very noisy at night .

there was lots of noise overnight during a midweek stay, the en-suite bathroom wasn’t very clean and the facilities are tired

Self catering kitchen wasn't operating, some bathrooms were out of order.

no soft close mechanism on the doors and sometimes youngsters staying may be rude ie barging past on stairs

Very Spartan. All of the original features have been stripped out since we last stayed there in 2019.

Always stay here when in Brighton so central and the staff great.It is safe for families and solo travelers like myself
