Urchin Beach Cottage
Urchin Cottage est situé à environ 1. 5 km du bureau de poste Esperance, à 1 km de l'Esperance Tanker Jetty et une promenade 300m à Castletown Beach. Il se trouve à 200 mètres de la promenade principale de la plage et des pistes cyclables menant à tous les terrains de jeux et aux plages proches de la ville.
Urchin Cottage dispose de 3 grandes chambres à coucher et est mis en place avec un lit king size dans la chambre principale, un lit queen dans la deuxième chambre et deux grands lits simples dans la troisième chambre. Tous les lits sont de très bonne qualité et sont faits avec des draps de qualité pour votre confort de sommeil. Deux chambres ont un grand construit dans des robes, sauf le troisième qui a un casier accrochant et des étagères pour les clients. Urchin Cottage est équipé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin sauf serviettes de plage.
La maison dispose d'une cuisine spacieuse qui est équipée avec des pots, des casseroles et des ustensiles de cuisine. Avec le café de thé complémentaire et le lait avec quelques condiments.
Urchin Cottage dispose d'un grand sous couvert espace extérieur divertissant avec 9 pièces extérieures réglage et cuisson barbecue installations.
Le chalet se trouve à distance de marche d'un centre commercial, chimiste, coiffeur / esthéticienne, station service, boulangerie / pizza, taverne et pêche
La cour arrière est cloturée et amicale pour les chiens.

Urchin Cottage is in a great location and provides plenty of space for a comfortable stay. We had easy access to the beach and town as well as comfortable beds with lovely warm doonas for the chilly Esperance nights.

We had a lovely few days in Esperance, the weather at this time of year helped.
We could walk into the shopping area, and the information left by the hosts gave us plenty of options for tourist activities.
Excellent communication with the host and the house was as exactly as described. Plenty of room, good facilities, great heating, and super fast hot water. Great to have a drier at this time of the year.

Great location. The cottage had a full kitchen, tea, coffee, sugar provided. The beds were very comfy and great yard for our dog. I highly recommend.

Good central location. Able to walk to a beach and walk the dogs. Easy commute to other beaches. Plan to return next year for longer.

We had a lovely stay (2 nights) at this property and the host was excellent and very helpful. The location was great with an IGA and restaurant/takeaway just down the road and a beach a 10 minute walk away. The layout was good also and the beds were comfortable. It was not overly clean however, with cobwebs in the cupboards and there were loads of wine glasses, but only one tumbler. The oven was not great and was dirty, but there is an air fryer which made up for that. Overall it was good and we would stay again, but improvements could be made.

Our 1st visit to Esperance, such a beautiful place. Took our dog with us who loved the quick walk to beach or park from our place and nice backyard for her to stay while we explored the national park and surrounding areas. Accommodation a short walk to the hub of town and jetty.

We only had a very brief stay but the cottage was perfect for us. It has a very homely feel, beds were super comfortable and the backyard was nice and secure for our dogs. It’s the perfect location for walks to the beach, and we would have loved to have stayed longer.

Lovely little renovated cottage in a good and convenient location. My only negative is there was 3 adult men staying, they each had a bedroom but only 2 bath towels were provided?. Also the toilet makes a terrible screach when flushed that continues well into the night so you have to turn the tap off at bottom of cistern to get sleep.

Had an amazing stay at Urchin Cottage. The bedrooms and living areas are all very generously sized and we found the cottage was perfect for what we needed it for. The owners we're very accomodating when it came to our beloved four legged family member as well.

We as a family of three plus a rottweiler enjoyed our short holiday in the Urchin Beach Cottage. Despite the house is old it's very well kept for guests. Linen and towels are shiny white. Kichen is full of utensils. We even could find very tasty and strong instant coffee. The Cottage is located just in few hundred meters from the beach and we didn't need to spend to much time to have nice morning and evening walks with our dog. Our dog was happy to play with us in the big grassy and fenced back yard. It is safe to leave a dog there overnight or during a day if we had to drive to the Le Grand National Park.
If we will have another holiday in Esperance we definitely will choose the Urchin Beach Cottage for our stay.

Our stay was great in this little cottage. The location is great for nearby IGA and beach. We had fun on the scooters riding in & out of town. The house is tidy and well stocked, does need some finish off painting and a new DVD player, but nothing that affects your stay.

Location was perfect for us. Close to the bike path for a walk, ride or scooter into town.
Our dogs enjoyed the backyard.
I really liked that the house was stocked with all the basics. Although the local IGA is only a short stroll away if you run out of anything.
We will def be back.

Wonderful place to be. Big house, looks a lot larger and better than the photo. Comfy beds, well equipped . Washing machine pretty new, nice to have a dryer. All of our dirty clothes got wash and dried before we go. Welcoming host. Amazing and comfy stay. Highly recommended

Good location. Easy to access town from there with short drive or a bit of a walk. Layout of house was ok for just a couple. Wifi would have been good for smart tv for longer stay.

We will definitely be returning to this cottage which provided plenty of room for our family of 5 plus two dogs. We all got ready for a wedding there.

Loved our stay! Kitchen was well equipped, and house clean and well maintained. Convenient location, and beautiful sounds of ocean waves.
Wish we knew there was no WiFi prior, but wasn't a huge deal, was great to switch off. Highly recommend 👌

We loved our stay at Urchin Cottage, a very relaxing vibe. Everything we needed, close to town and the beach. Great to have the enclosed backyard to leave our dog when visiting the National park. The owner was very helpful, when we realised the bbq gas bottle was empty he came and replaced it straight away.

This is a great property , beautifully renovated in a great location but it needs a good clean top to bottom and a few upgrades . Dusty and cob web ridden if you look up at the light fixtures and ceiling fans ,blinds and rugs could do with a clean too. most concerning though was the moldy ceiling in the toilet/laundry not great . Also the sheets and linen were nice but the mattress felt like it was 50 years old and hard as a rock. No wifi was ok but the TV was very dated and remote held together with sticky tape was poor, would be nice if they provided foxtel to their guests as they have for themselves next door.
