The owner of the place is very kind and did his best to address all our needs. As can be seen in the pictures, the house is located just by the water. The house is well equipped, you will have anything you need. There's a public passage between the house and the water edge, as probably required by the Greek law. So you may see people walking in front of the balcony from time to time. It didn't bother us at all. You still get a lot of privacy. The is playground even better than seen in the pictuters. The whole place is a paradise for kids. There's a great bakery nearby ( 5 minutes drive), there are also minimarkets arround. There's an equipped gril at the house in case you need it. The AC was wonderful. We would deffinitely recomend this place.

everything was great

The stay at stone villa was splendid: you have the wonderful feeling of living the sea, always. There is a lot of outdoor space and an equipped play area which is a paradise for children ... and for parents. Inside the house is super-equipped, making it very comfortable. This house makes you stay on holiday, not forgetting that Pelion can offer so much, from the wonderful beaches of the Aegean to unexpected mountain villages such as Makrinitsa, to the promenade of Agria and, of course, Volos. Meteora is 1h and a half away by car, to complete a unique experience. I warmly thank the owners, Sofoclis and Katia, very kind people who welcomed us with great availability. I absolutely recommend Stone Villa to anyone who wants to experience the sea and the Pelion in their essence.

The location!

The bathroom needs better ventilation. One of the bads wasn't comfortable.

We had a wonderful time. The house is wonderful - spacious, very comfortable and in perfect location, right on the beach. The private playground is great (and very safe for the kids) and the owner is very friendly and helpful. We will come back soon!
