It was our first time to Naples and this place was the perfect home to come home to! They had umbrellas and bikes (no locks though...) a very quiet and safe feeling neighborhood! Would stay here again!

We loved walking or riding the bikes to the beach every evening to watch the glorious sunsets! The screened in porches on the front and back of the house were wonderful too. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you Anatoliy for your attentiveness! Nancy and Mark

We’ve stayed here twice and can recommend it. The home is well equipped for a comfortable stay. Decor is dated but clean and functional. We were glad for the high chair and portable crib when our grandson visited with his parents. It’s a short drive or bike ride to the beach. Also close to lots of restaurants and shopping. It’s a busy area but the neighborhood itself is quiet. The owner is responsive to messages.

Lovely time in Naples Park
Naples Park is a great location and this home was well equipped for our vacation. We enjoyed Delnor Wiggins park as well as spending time on the lanai and in the small, private backyard. We could occasionally hear the neighbors through the fencing but it’s a quiet neighborhood overall, despite the large number of homes. We will be back!

Nice House for a medium size family or 3 couples.
We had.two couple stay for 5 nights. It was very comfortable. The house was very clean and nice. Maybe a little to much bedroom furniture in the master but wasn’t a big problem. Would differently stay at this house again.

Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping
Anatoly was wonderful. Got back to us right away if we had any questions. We really enjoyed our stay at this location and if the opportunity comes up in the future we would stay again. Property had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Well stocked with everything you needed for trips to the beach, including towels, chairs, and boogie boards . Also included was a pass to Florida state parks which we used on several occasions.

WONDERFUL STAY!!
We had a wonderful stay in Naples at this property! It was perfect for our group. We had 4 adults and a few kids and we had plenty of room! Anatoliy was very responsive and helpful for any questions we had. Super close to the beach and loved having the umbrella and beach chairs available. The kids loved that there was a Roku stick available too!

Family house in perfect location
Family house in perfect location. Close to the beach, outstanding communications with owners, bikes to ride to the beach in a walkable neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. Plenty to see and do. We enjoyed our stay. Look forward to visiting again. Thank you for your hospitality.

This beautiful home was perfect. Plenty of room and amenities. Even toys stashed in the hall closet
Close to shopping and activities. Easy to find. Three bikes. Wish we had time to use them. We had come from Arkansas for a graduation from Law School. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 young children. Kitchen, bathrooms were well stocked. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room. Not a single complaint. I would want this home again if I come back to this area. But I would rent it for a longer time so we could enjoy all the activities that were so carefully mapped out for guests. Thank you so much for all your care and attention.

Great location, really close to the beach, and the house is clean and prepared.
The house was a 10 minute walk to the beach and also really close to stores which was also a 10 minute walk. The house was very prepared for us in the way of having everything that we could think of, things as little as lighters and matches to things like bikes and beach chairs. So it really has everything you need to have a great time at the beach. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who is looking for one in Naples and would definitely come here again.

Very nice stay
It was a lovely experience . Please note that the freezer was open in the garage; want to let you know that the food may have spoiled. Wonderful time; amenities perfect; comfortable beds; loved the TV options; and the beach chairs; beach pass was used twice...thank you! Also note the trash needs to be taken out to curb.

Great place to stay!
We would recommend this nice house to anyone! There were 4 of us staying here for the month of February and we were very comfortable. We loved the back screened in porch with fan and light fixture-- great for eating and playing games and just visiting.
The home was very clean and had everything you could need. The people who own the home are extremely nice to work with.

Well pepared and extremely clean
We had a great stay here for a wedding weekend. The house was very clean and had everything well prepared for our arrival. The space is great for a few couples and location is a quick drive to the beach. Would definitely stay again

Fit the group we had well and loved the location
The home itself was clean and comfortable. It could have used another comfortable chair in the living room. Two of our family members came down with the flu while there and had to stay around the house while recovering. It would have been nice to have more TV stations, but was adequate for the rest of us. We did have difficulty using the clothes washer as the knob was so hard to pull out.

LOCATION, Location. location....
Really enjoyed the close proximity to shopping and dining, entertainment venues and of course the beaches. We found this home to be reasonably priced and well equipped. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Great
This was the first time I used VRBO and it was a great experience. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The house is in a good location and they provided a park pass making for easy access to the beach. Naples is a lovely area. The owners also provided us with a phone number of a local resident who was very helpful with choosing a restaurant. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great place to stay!
I can not say enough good things about this house. It is in a great location, real close to both beaches ( the pass to Delnor-Wiggins comes in real handy), shopping, And resturants. The owners are real easy to work with and they have included most everything you will need @ the house. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
