Very dated in every way, nothing like the pictures,dirty and greasy throuthout, No shelves or storage in bathroom, Limited wardrobe space in bedroom(5 coat hangers)dirty around the bath and plug hole. Bedding must be over 10 years old,Living room sofa full of staines, Noise from room above from 7.45am every day,

Місцерозташування найкраще, якщо ви любите "сучасний двіж")))) на одну сторону готелю океан, на іншу місто. Океан прекрасний, пляж чужесний. Повно ресторанів, кафе і магазинів. Адміністратор зразу повідомила де дешевше і де дороще можна все купити. Апартаменти з кухнею більш менш необхідними речами. Одна спальня і кухня-студія з диваном. Досить просторий балкон. 2 басейна і ще один для немовлят, 40см. Говорили, що з підігрівом, але підігрів мабуть від сонця))) Відпустка на Канарах - це вже прекрасно.

Адміністратор! Ще ДО приїзду гас попросили повідомити рейс і час прильоту. Потім попросили як тільки заберемо багаж повідомити адміністратора смс-сом про те, що виходимо з аеропорту. АЛЕ коли ми прибули до готелю після 6 годинного перельоту з двома дітьми (2р і 8 р.), нам довелося ще чекати на відкритому пекучому сонці перед входом, бо Адміністратор ЗАПІЗНИЛАСЯ!! Совісті немає у неї((((( а потім коли влна приїхала пішли в номер, який ще не був прибраний (18.00 вечора). Але то виявився не наш номер по її версії, потім поїхали на інший поверх, але Адмін повернулася, бо забула ключі від номера. Далі відпочинок був прекрасним, але Адміна я б депремїювала, як у нас прийнято))) виїзд був пізнім тому за згодою доплатили 40євро. Не звертаючи увагу на першу нашу зустріч відпочинок був звичайно вдалим, це ж Тенеріфе!!!!!

The location was fabulous, couldn’t of picked a better place to stay we were right beside everything! We were so central and could walk out the back gate of the complex and you were on the beach it was amazing. It had everything that we needed and was very clean. It is on the ground floor with a pool view. It was so convenient we met Irina at the complex and she let us in and showed us around and she kept in contact throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok. The pool area was lovely and clean and it was cleaned every morning. Very quiet complex and the bed was very comfy we slept like babies the whole holiday.

We have no complaints at all we absolutely loved it and will be rebooking again.

Perfect area to stay. Although it was right on the front it was quiet on a night time. It had everything you needed within the block it was on and if you didn't want to go and explore you didn't have to. Perfect place to chill. Felt very safe.

The only good thing was the complex itself.

The apartment was horrendous. It stank of faeces and urine. The bed linen, pillows and mattresses, were all stained with faeces and sweat and blood. The shower is miniscule and black with mould. The shower stunk of sewers. The sofa, cushions and mattress, were in exactly the same filthy condition. The sink and plug were filled with mildew. The dining table was a tiny glass table, supposedly to fit 4, with triangular shaped chairs. The point of the triangle, being, between your legs. The television had no English channels as stated. It was the worst place I have ever had, the misfortune to stay in. Totally and utterly unacceptable.
