it’s a beautiful boutique hotel with stunning views. our room was very special. the pool was fantastic but was in the shade for a good bit of the day (maybe it was the time of year). the staff were magnificent ( special thanks to Angga and thia)

the air in the hotel room was not the best with air condition on; we preferred therefore sleeping without aircondition and the door to the balcony open

The location is a big out of the way, however makes it more peaceful. Great with free shuttle to Ubud city.

Enjoy Villa Melati. Very spacious and private. Staff were very welcoming and lovely. Breakfast is very good and well presented. Really enjoyed the variety. Pool snacks were great. Guests were good with pool service, very prompt in offering free lime water during breakfast and when at the pool. Nice touch.

Shuttle services are extremely limited. After 10 am next is at 2 pm... No lunch time shuttle to go to market. Gym doesn't open until 9:45 am. This is quite late, considering Yoga is at 7 am. Spa is good, however because there is no airconditioning, it can get very hot especially during massage. This means one cannot enjoy. Would have been good if hotel has special cocktail hours

a breathtaking resort, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown ubud. we loved the secluded setting amongst rice paddies and beautiful well maintained gardens. the rooms are immaculate, private and we had beautiful views over the pool and jungle. the food was very delicious and the swim up bar was a hit. the resort staff are incredibly friendly, attentive and made us feel very welcome. we LOVED the flower bath experience and massage. I really enjoyed morning yoga on the rooftop. you really don’t need to leave the resort as you have everything you need to relax and feel pampered. we appreciated their flexibility with our booking when we were delayed one night due to illness (offering a refund for that night). we would love to return and would recommend this resort to everyone

it’s further away from ubud downtown (30 mins), which might not be ideal for some but we found it very peaceful

everything. food was unmatched - every single dish we ordered from the menu was a delicacy (even the steak and fries were better than 99% of the steakhouses we’ve been in London). our villa was beautiful, elegant, thoughtfully designed to the last detail. the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home, from the first welcome drinks to booking us tours and timely room service.

Nothing. It was probably a little far out from the centre of Ubud town for us, very quiet area, which is nice but not much going on in the hotel in low season. But we were aware of this when booking!

A beautiful hotel surrounded by stunning rice fields. The service and staff were super friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was very delicious and the spa was great as well! We felt at home immediately upon arrival :)

Located at a quiet and peaceful location. Rooms were spacious and as described on the listing (spacious, clean and with strong wifi etc.) Staff were hospitable and were helpful with our queries. Hotel also has activities which you can sign up for, we joined the cultural night dinner and will recommend the same experience to others. Food served from the restaurant was great too. Overall splendid experience, you will not regret

The room had a moldy smell, but I think it's because of the weather here, so I think it's acceptable.

I could not recommend this hotel enough! From the moment we arrived and throughout the whole of our stay, the staff could not do enough for us. We stayed in the Suite with the pool view, it was absolutely breathtaking, spotlessly clean and huge. Every single thing had been thought about in terms of needs and also decorated beautifully with flowers and fruit baskets. The food was exceptional, we didn’t have one bad meal. Massive portions and fantastic prices. Kipli was fantastic and all the team in the restaurant. The pool was beautiful and well looked after, as well as the spa which again was phenomenal, we used it almost everyday and got spoilt by the lovely Desna and Tria. We can’t wait to stay again, thank you everyone at Kuwarasan.

Absolutely everything! Rooms are spacious and luxurious, with a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool are. The staff can’t do enough for you and are extremely thoughtful and helpful. My partner because quite unwell during our stay and the hotel staff were most helpful. Everything was perfect.

Rooms on lowest floor smelled like mould / humid, water in the gym from the “cool water” machine was actually hot (because located in the sun)

The path to go to the spa at night is very scary with barely any lights and sounds of insects and animals. Would suggest adding a more visible pathway to it
