Photos are accurate of state of room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Bfast was nice. Room was clean, loved the theme!

No proper place at front of hotel to unload luggage but not major issue, staff was helpful to come out with trolley and helped with luggage.

The room was enormous. We had 2 Q sized beds and a baby cot, and still had a lot of space on the floor. The toilet was humongous and feels like it’s the size of a hotel room on its own.

The room was within the building and had no windows. Carpet smelt slightly musty but it wasn’t too bad.

We are a family with two kids, enjoy the food and staying at your hotel. It was quiet as we requested and the receptionists were very nice. Thanks a lot.

Some strange smell in the room.

The location of the hotel is very good, there are many restaurants and shops around. The room was large and comfortable. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

The breakfast seems to have a small selection of food, but if you stay for 2-3 days, then everything is fine. The hotel tries to diversify the selection a bit every day.

The location, friendly staff, and cleanliness. I have traveled with family 3 or 4 times and I always stay in this hotel.

It does not apply. I consider it to be great value for money.

Bed was very comfortable and room was a good size.

Found a live cockroach on the desk near the kettle. Bathroom needs updating especially since water from shower makes its way around the side of the bath onto a large empty surface (upper part of the bath) and then onto the floor. The bathroom is large enough for a bath and separate walk-in shower. TV only has 3 English channels. There was an escape window hoist in my room to be used by the entire floor which is not something you would want - better it is placed in the corridor outside. Didn't bother with the free breakfast so cant comment. Room has a fridge and a kettle. Reception staff very pleasant.

Family room was very spacious and the washroom was big and beautiful with a soaker tub

the location is excellent, many delicious foods around the hotel. the counter is kind and professional, we can check in and out fast and smoothly. besides, it's to my surprise there are many safety aids facility in the bathroom.

the breakfast coffee is awful
