Nothing is to appreciate

Many things. The price is too high, the room size is too small. The location is not suitable if one wants to look around.

The breakfast was good with multiple choices, and the room was clean and comfortable. Everything met my expectations. Will definitely choose to stay here again. Price was fair and the location was great. Highly recommended.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast spread was simple yet complete, you have things from congee, western, asian to fresh fruits. Coffee, tea, milk, soy milk, fruit juices were served as well. It was awesome considering we were travelling with young children. They enjoyed the breakfast and stay as much as we did. Free flow drinks and black coffee was available at the concierge area throughout the day. Location was convenient. Very near the bus stop and also it's easy to get on and off taxi in front of the hotel.

The rooms are clean, decent size, breakfast is good. This is more to a business hotel.

Room is small. Shampoo and shower gel has very bad smell. We had to buy our own from 7 Eleven for daily use.

they were observant & noticed that my dad was on a wheelchair & they offered a stool to use in the bathroom for him to use while bathing

Clean, good location and excellent breakfast. just off Taiwan Boulevard, it is well connected by bus to everywhere in Taichung. The pillows were so comfortable

Standard room was a bit small.

The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, staff was ok. They have a 24h washing machines and dryers which are free for guests to use (though the dryer we used didn't have heat). Nice neighborhood.

Room is a bit tight.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Location close to good restaurants and shopping areas.

Parking in the basement inside the hotel establishment required a “car elevator” and it’s not easy to use for someone who’s never done it before. The other parking lot was a bit farther away. Nearby parking lots were very expensive and never available. 3 or 4 front desk staff we encountered were all without smile, not courteous, very rigid, except for one young girl in the next morning.

Clean. Chosen for location.

During Chinese New Year the doubled the room rate. This is fine, but I don't expect any hassle when I try to check in at the time as stated on my reservation. Booking.com has still not resolved the issue.

- staff (day crew) at reception desk is unfriendly and not flexible at all - The hotel insistently pushes you to end your breakfast quickly, to check-out before 11am and to leave the car park though it is empty (we got a fine for parking in the street). - The shower door seals are completely moldy - Last but not least, we were greeted at the coffee machine located in the lobby by a small cockroach.

There was a clean issue of the bath towel was dirty with lots of hair. it was really scary.

Breakfast was great. Without this, I won't hesitate to give a lowest score for my stay.

There are many areas to improve. This hotel seems to be under staff and the front desk staffs are lack of proper training to handle the guests. We arrived early at around 2:30pm. After completed our registration, we were told to wait until 3pm as this was the official check-in time. We waited patiently at the lobby. People continue to stream in and we noticed those people queueing behind us collected their keys progressively to go to their rooms. Suspiciously, I approached the front desk and was told the room assigned to us were still under cleaning. We waited for another half an hour and after realising only 2 of us were left at the lobby, I became very agitated. I approached the front desk again and was told the room was still not ready. I told her all those people behind us already collected their keys and this is NOT acceptable. In addition, I was further bewildered when the front desk staff told me that the hotel has 100 over rooms and needed time to clean. Isn't this the hotel's responsibility to employ enough staffs to get ready the rooms before 3pm in order to ensure their guests could check-in on-time? Upon insisting that we were run out of patience then she offered to give us another room. Why this was not done in the first place without us asking? Btw, more problem when we entered the room. When I was showering half-way, guess what, the floor trap in the shower room was choked. I had to remove a metal cover in order to clear all the hairs and sediments beneath it. Sigh!

Room was clean and room size sufficient. Breakfast had a nice variety with good selection of greens at the salad bar, which I enjoyed. Within walking distance to the main shopping strip in Taichung, with lots of food options.

Had to walk abit to the allocated parking lot. Bathroom was a little lacking on the upkeep, but otherwise alright. Small boutique hotel type of feel, which is alright for a layover stay.

Convenient location, good price

Triple room was smaller and older than expected. Toilet was slightly run down so was not an entirely comfortable experience.
