Mintha egy romantikus filmben lennél, olyan érzés fog el, amikor belépsz ebbe a gyönyörű butikhotelbe. A szállás Porto ikonikus látnivalóihoz nagyon közel fekvő, a legapróbb részletekig kigondolt, luxus igényeknek megfelelő szállás. A személyzet szolgálatkész és kedves, valóban odafigyelnek arra, hogy megtapasztald ennek a csodaszép városnak a hangulatát, magával ragadó báját. Az ötödik emeleten található IX. lakosztály szerintem a megéri azt a fáradságot, hogy egy emeletet lépcsőn kell menned, a negyedik emeletig közlekedik a lift. A kilátás a városra a nap minden időszakában, legyen az napfelkelte vagy naplemente magával ragadó.
A reggeli kiválasztásakor (minden nap egyeztetnek veled, hogy pontosan mit kérsz a menüből) érdemes egy picit felültervezni, mert amúgy éhes maradhatsz. :)

the hotel is filled with antiques and is simply wonderful. Marco, the owners son, was a delight and helped us with all our requests. everyone was welcoming and friendly.

It is incredibly beautiful, from the reception area to the dining room to the suite. Location is amazing. Breakfast was incredible-we were asked to choose our customized menu the night before. Every detail-furniture, bedding, art, decorations, lighting, window and wall treatments, bath products, and I can go on and on…has been carefully curated by Marco and his family with love and passion for design. It is the most beautiful hotel room we have ever stayed in, only wish we were able to stay longer. We definitely plan to come back when we visit Portugal again. Rating should be 10 on booking.com, not 9.

The hotel is in a great location and its interior is very beautiful and stylish. The staff is extremely helpful and kind.They went the extra mile to satisfy our requests and make our stay enjoyable.

This hotel is very beautiful and the service was first class in every aspect. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel if in Porto. Marco and his staff offer the best in service and the suites are impeccably decorated and extremely comfortable. If we ever come back to Porto, we will stay here again, thank you.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The decor of both the room and the lobby is really stunning. And most significantly, the personnel was just fantastic. Very helpful and friendly in every way.
The breakfast area consists of a single large dining room table. There is sufficient room for separate small tables and seats. The breakfast is a menu from which you must pick the day before; however, due to a lack of employees, the receptionist will cook and serve you in the morning.

From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed with kindness.
The breakfast is ordered the evening before. There are many choices and the food is fantastic. You eat in a beautiful dining area and everything you order is wonderful.
You are on a busy, walking street but I could not hear the noise below. The rooms are beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Robes, slippers, thick towels, just a perfect room.
The staff is so helpful and caring, we truly had the best experience ever.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Attention to detail is amazing. Even remembering the little things we liked for breakfast. All the staff were so attentive and made us feel really special. We didn't want to leave!

This hotel is the most wonderful place. The accommodations were beautiful. A most romantic place. The staff was lovely. They cater
to your every whim. The location was perfect. The view was amazing! The breakfast was great. We felt as if we were guests of European royalty!

Breakfast was plentiful but quality did not meet our expectations. Omelets were dry/overcooked. Walnuts in yogurt were past their prime.
