there was no ventilation in the room it felt like I was in a hospital. bad odor smell coming from the bathroom. the phone we’re not working wondering how to contact reception so went straight to the hotel website and called from my personal phone. one of the washbasin pipes was broken. above all very bad smell came form the room I can’t stay and as soon as I entered the room I feel like checking out at the same moment. seriously zero services. waste of money

The hotel was clean and so were the rooms. The staff were friendly and there was a restaurant onsite. Would be a good choice for family stay for people who are looking to book a place to stay outside the city.

The hotel preparation for our stay could have been better. We booked a Superior double room and a Standard double room. At the time of arrival hotel provided us with two standard double room. When we asked them about accomodating our group, they said they would provide extra beds in one of the Standard double room. This was unacceptable and after persisting on our booked room size we were provided with the right room. Though the property boasts on a fully operational restaurant on site, the restaurant operates on a very limited menu. Though they have a full menu printed, only a few items are available (which is not even informed ahead of time).

Cleaniness , entrance to the rooms were smelly. Rooms were not clean . One of the bathrooms needed to be cleaned

Location was shady, The Rooms were dirty, we had to change room twice as flush was not working on one, the room was stinking in another. The spring on the mattress was broken.

Hospitality was good. Food was awesome
