Great location in Southview Park, 2 minutes from the Pub area, 2 mins from Ents complex, really private plot, and great for afternoon sunshine! main bedroom really large with comfortable bed, ample room for just the 2 of us. Had there been 4 of us, think the lounge is a bit small, with only a 2-seater and an armchair, so someone would have to sit at the table! Wasn't particularly clean when we check in, as if the hoovering had gone out the window, and toilet left a bit to be desired, but once contacted, the cleaning team were straight out to rectify it. Good service, and we would definitely come back

I thought it was perfect, just what was needed. Lots of kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
Property was clean. Thought shower area looked tired but the shower worked fine and I was happy to use it.

The caravan was clean. The shower needs refurbishment. We didnt use it. The seat parts were rusty and there was black all round the bottom of the shower. There was no hairdryer
just an empty box.

Lovely van but getting on a bit. Blinds in bedroom need replacing as broken. Shower floor very stained had to bleach it to remove orange residue caused by only one drainage hole working properly. However, we would go again but armed with my bleach spray!

We took 2 elderly relatives and our grandaughter for a short stay. The disabled access was good and the caravan easy to access. It was the end of the season so a few minor issues that hopefully will be resolved, shower hose needs replacing, curtail pole needs securing, chairs a bit rickety. That said had a great time and for the price had a great stay.

Stayed in 2021 was lovely and clean and well equipped unfortunately this stay in September 2022 was very dirty was informed its now under new owners

Fantastic caravan for disabled
Took my disabled mother. Caravan was lovely and clean and well adapted for wheelchairs. Very well equipped. Lovely ramp and outdoor seating on veranda. Location was fantastic with parking next to caravan. Southview is a beautuful park and immaculately kept. We had a small issue with the fridge and housekeeping came straight out and fixed it by lovely friendly staff. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it. Thankyou to all the friendly, helpful and welcoming staff all over the site

Long wkend stay
Site and accommodation was nice could benefit with an update ..few blinds tatty smell of smoke strong when you go in from outside ..mattress on sofa bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, only get hot water when heating was on ..was bit dusty and cobwebs about ...passes are quite expensive for what you get was limited time for swim sessions and not a lot going on in club house with entertainment. We never got to go swimming as only late sessions and no kids activities going on .

Bed very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, shower was great, but shower tray could be updated and only less half a toilet roll! Very comfortable living area and would definitely stay again, great value.

Caravan in a lovely position on the campsite. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for wheelchairs and shower and toilet adapted to suit disabled. Loved our stay there and will be booking again for next year 2022.

Lovely, spacious property

First holiday for my son
Lovely caravan and loads of places on site for him, Shame about the recent circumstances with covid so I couldn't let him run around when we went into the facilities because of social distancing but overall we loved it. Would happily come again. Most likely when the Covid is the past so my son could get the full caravan holiday experience

great getaway for the less abled holiday guests
property was well laid out and spacious, well equipped with all the essential utilities. Single beds were a struggle to make up & would benefit with a bit more space for storage, unlike the double bedroom where this was over spacious. The mattress in the double bedroom was very lumpy with springs you could feel when laying down. The caravan was not as clean as it could have been, with a few loose hairs & a few dust covered areas which was quite obvious.
Apart from that it was well set out with ramp up to the caravan & nice decking. I took my parents & they both enjoyed the weekend in Skegness.
