Room 303 Too hot in the room to sleep, 26 degrees inside the room, no refrigerator in the refrigeratorcase , bad airco Breakfast "A la carte",is very simply, for the second cup of coffee I must pay extra, no orange juice.

Helpful staff got me a taxi at a good price when it turned out that the buses that hadbeen running before covid weren't running any more.

Very nice place

The reception girls are lovely and very helpful and both spoke good English. Both rooms that I saw were very modern, in great shape and clean. The bathrooms in particular looked brand new. The bed was comfortable. The wifi was excellent. The hotel is very close to the old city and within easy walking distance of all of the central city area and it is very well priced.

This seems to be a restaurant with a hotel attached rather than the other way round. There is no reception area at all. The only place to sit apart from your room is the restaurant which is full of cigarette smoke even on the outside terrace - like all places in Bosnia. It was difficult for me, perhaps as an older woman on my own, to get the attention of the restaurant staff in the evening. They were busy serving local men mainly drinks and ignored or forgot me again and again. The lighting in my room was terrible - so bad that I could not have read while sitting on the bed. The only lamp was broken and couldn't be replaced. The nice receptionist moved me to another room of a different configuration that had better lighting - not good but better. Bring your headlamp if you don't book a balcony room.

Hotel is really good, super clean, stuff very polite, food is excellent.
