Le jacuzzi et le lit
La difficulté de parking et le climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas correctement alors nous avons passé 2 nuits dans la chaleur

Partiamo dal personale che è stato super gentile, un ragazzo molto educato.
Ci ha mostrato la stanza con tutte le funzionalità ed inoltre ci ha lasciato il numero in caso ci fosse qualche problema.

Sono stata in molte Charming house che offrivano comunque la colazione in organizzione con i bar della zona, parcheggio introvabile (anche perchè è una zona dove i vigli hanno sempre il libretto in mano).
non vi era la macchinetta del caffe in camera, spesso quando rientravamo ci ritrovavamo tutto aperto con rischio che qualcuno potesse accedere dall' esterno, poichè i balconi danno su magazzini commerciali e altre abitazioni non particolarmente silenziosi.
Spazi veramente molto ridotti soprattutto se si viaggia con più di due mini trolley.
aria condizionata " intelligente" che però funziona solo se la imposti a 18/19 gradi altrimenti non funziona.
servizi di pulizia/ cambio biancheria non troppo frequenti.

A very modern, clean and comfortable room with all facilities including a small terrace. 5 minutes walk from the start of the charming old town of Alghero with many bars, cafés and restaurants - we were impressed with Mar de Plata on via Guiseppi Garibaldi and Café Latino in a great position on Bastioni Magellano.
Parking in Alghero was a nightmare. There is plenty of public parking both free and charged but finding a place for more than a brief drop-off was very difficult. Having dropped off our luggage we searched the area for any parking space for 20 minutes before finding a space 10 minutes walk from our room, and matters didn't seem to get any better over night. The guest apartment does not have any allocated parking.

A smart and comfortable room in a great location. Was met by a friendly host for check in. Excellent entertainment options with streaming services and games machine.
The bathroom, whilst nicely furnished, is a little uncomfortable for very tall guests like me!

Great location, 5min walk to the city centre, but still quite in the night time. Room is small, but it has everything that you need. It was very clean and have modern furniture. They clean your room every day, change towels with fresh ones and refill coffe and minibar. Every second day they change your sheets.

Amazing place with the nicest staff. Close to the old town and a beach. Room is very spacious and has everything in it. We were able to check in earlier and on our check out day we could leave our luggage so we could calmly go around the city for the last time. Definitely we'll be back!

This is a great apartment in a safe area, with secure rooms.
The room was spotless and had a coffee machine, tv, fridge, wardrobe. The bed was lovely and big and very comfortable. There was aircon and heating. It was very quiet. The bathroom was also a great size and had a great shower. There was free street parking outside on the street.

The restaurants and old town are very close by and there are lots of nice cafes and bakeries almost next door, for breakfast.
Recommend for a great stay.

GREAT position a few minutes walking from the town center! The HOST is super kind and willing to give useful suggestions! The ROOM is clean and stylish, with smart tv, arcade videogames and all the possible accessories you might need. Public parking available. GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. This will be our nest every time we visit Alghero.

Don’t hesitate to book here, it’s an excellent property. I especially appreciated how helpful the staff were when I lost my key at night and they were incredibly flexible and prompt about the situation. Room is beautiful, new, spotless and a few blocks from the sea and the old town. Very quiet, excellent sleep. To be recommended!
