Damaged Bathroom door lock, no privacy. After complaining also they didn't change the room.

The food was homely and the restaurant manager was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good selection of items. The rooms were quite spacious. The water flow in the bathroom was good and the cupboards were clean.
Firstly, the bedcovers looked dirty and had markings like some food was dropped there before, the wifi signal was terrible in our room, the tv had very limited number of channels, the toilet bowl looked like as if it was a public bathroom (not clean at all), the towels were dirty and looked very old and used

Just the location and nothing else .. BTW I tried some soup for dinner and it was actually good.
Horribly maintained property .. I went there on the recommendation of an acquittance but it turned to be the biggest disappointment and I had to shift out of that place the next morning as it was poorly serviced, smelly, damp, full of mosquitos and cockroaches.. I even photographed cockroaches right in the reception lobby..

The price is ok not too expensive for a one night stay for transit purpose.. Otherwise the hotel is not so good as what it looked on the photos on app. The toilets and everything was very old. But the best thing I liked about it was the shower. It had tremendous pressure and had a great shower after a very very long flight. Nothing else was exceptionally likable about it.
As mentioned above the feel of the hotel is like very old.. All things from towel to duster and all sanitary ware and all were like ages old

We've stayed at this hotel in the past and the experience has always been pleasant. Unfortunately, it was quite the opposite this time.
However, the staff was courteous as always.
1. We were given a different room. (Poorly maintained and meant for a single person. )
2. Toiletries provided for single guest.
3. Poorly lit room with no view. (Could only see a wall out the window)

Location was good.
Room & Washroom size was good
Insisted cash or UPI payment instead of card. Carry sufficient cash. No proper reception counter, just one lady sitting under staircase space in day time, an old man after evening.
Breakfast was far below average, not much varieties. Consecutively 2 days they served stale breads (fungus around the corners).
No one receive calls after 10pm. No food after 10pm (I managed dinner in restaurant near hotel)
My room 1002 had no out side view (huge construction blocked window)
Old AC system. Cooling was not good even in September.
Linen & towel not fresh or clean.
Hotel must drop GRAND before its name. Its deceptive fuelled by wrong images in portal
