Delicious cooked omelets

Pool was very cloudy, hot tub was full of young kids blocking all stairs, and I’m sure if I could get close to to see that water it would have been disgusting.

The breakfast was good, the people were friendly. I liked the rooms space, the free canned water was refreshing when I asked for It, the pool area was nice.

I didn’t like the customer service, my card was declined because I needed to change the card on my account so I changed it when it first declined online. Apparently the hotel never got the change and proceeded to charge my old card which had me in the lobby for hours until the person who realized that he never had my new card finally asked to see the card that I had on file. I complained to the supervisor and she said that it was my fault and that the attendant couldn’t have changed it without notifying booking.com, I asked for some type of accommodations being that I waited in the cold lobby pregnant after being repeatedly told that my card was declined, when it wasn’t. Eventually they were able to charge my card $25 until the next day and then they charged the full remaining amount. I asked for house keeping once and the lady came to change my sheets without using gloves or anything proper sanitation not even a mask or gloves, The hotel experience was ok. I’m not saying it was the worst, just ok. The hotel should do better with communicating with booking.com in the event that something that I went through happens again, because the the hotel attendant blamed it on the morning staff saying that they needed to update my account that morning and the supervisor the next morning said that it was booking.com’s fault.

Beeping fridge woke us at 4:45 am.

My daughter and I attended a concert at Arkansas State University , and it was so easy to just walk from our hotel to the venue and back . We did not have to fight traffic to get in and out of the parking lot or pay for parking which was a huge convivence.

There is nothing that we did not like about the hotel or our stay.

There was rat poop in my room. The breakfast lady was racist. The room we stayed in was dirty.

Room was very clean, the staff was awesome, the suite was a great size fit our needs for 6 ppl great. Breakfast was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable.

I’m pretty sure the Starbucks coffee machine took our money more than once. The second time the coffee was super weak. The hotel made us a coffee though. The pastry we bought had mold on it. We called back and let them know. Just in case there was more.

I stayed here last year, and it was immaculate. A year later, you are seeing some wear. I really hope they maintain the facilities because it is an excellent location and a rather nice facility.

Perfect location for my daughter's graduation. We were able to walk right across the back parking lot to the ceremony! Our room was clean and very accommodating. Beds were comfy and room was dark and quiet for a good night's sleep. They also had Happy hour!

They never had towels available (none for the pool so we used the ones in our room) then when it was time to shower they did not have any towels available

The only thing we didnt like was the smell that was in the hallway and our room.

Very clean, comfortable beds, pool and hot tub were nice and kept the kids entertained for hours. Hoolihans restaurant was an added benefit.
