my room

It was so dirty, I had to scrub the floor. We requested housekeeping, no one showed

nothing

it was disgusting had roaches in my room would never ever go there again

Everything was cleared

The housekeeping never try to come clean my room in 9 days since I been there

It was close enough, to my daughter, so that I could travel back and forth to see her, she vise/versa. This is why I worked so HARD to clean the room.

The fact that it took me several days to clean this room. It was utterly the FILTHIEST place if ever seen, and I had to clean it MYSELF, I had to purchase HOSPITAL GRADE SANITIZING CLEANER, outta My pocket, AND sweat for 3 days to get blood stains, food, AaaaND, all kinds of miscellaneous/UNKNOWN crap of the Walls, floors, bathroom, kitchenette, the furnitures, where so dirty, (THE caked on FILTH, changed it's COLOR.) I also cleaned, the fridge/freezer, all around the room,(3 TIMES) AaaaND still there was stuff, I couldn't get off the walls, since it was quite obvious, that it had been there long enough, to stain the walls. But my daughter, was the reason I worked, As HARD as I worked, to bring my room, up to clean/Sanitary standards, IT should NOT have cost that much, or I should've received the money/time back of my stay.

They had a nice tv and internet.

It was dirty, never had housekeeping. The room and floors were very dirty when we got there. We had to clean the bathroom and sweep and mop the floor before we brought our kids in. There were always police there and yelling couples constantly. The washers were never working either. 2/10

Staff was great.

The grounds were filthy stairs and walkways.

No one was there upon arrival. No called nor responded to my call or emails.

The pictures of this place are a fricken lie. This place was filthy and disgusting. They only provide 4 towels, 4 wash cloths, and 1 roll of toilet paper as a courtesy. These items are not replenished. We were there for two weeks. Unfortunately, because it was non-refundable we had no option but to stay. I had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the room. It was disgusting. I used the 4 white wash cloths and they were all black when I was done cleaning just the floor. What a complete hell hole. If we had rented a car I would have preferred to sleep in that!!!

location was perfect. check in was easy, parking was Adequate, room was acceptable

Bathroom was in rough shape. Caulk around Bathtub peeling off with Black mold underneath. Toilet wasn't even attached to the floor. sheets and blanket did NOT breathe. I was constantly sweating then freezing from throwing the blanket off. AC and entire room smelled like mold all the time;,we cleaned the filter but it persisted. Front door handle started to not work properly. AC wouldn't cycle back on and had to fight it nightly to cool the room off. Spoke to the front end receptionist 2-3 times and he always had an extremely lame excuse. We made it through okay, but some of those issues need to be addressed.
