It is noisy after 5 am with many departures. The soundproofing is suspect as one can hear conversations from other rooms.

Der Teppichboden war ekelhaft dreckig. Er war total fleckig und dreckig. Die Ecken waren staubig. Alles ziemlich abgenutzt.

Area seemed quiet and convenient. Bed was very comfortable.

Shabby tired motel, noisy air con, dodgy wiring in our room. Breakfast was almost non existent. Only allowed 2 items and the muffins are the width of 2 fingers so left very hungry.

I liked the proximity to the airport, the convenience of the shuttle, and the price.

I did not like how dirty all the facilities were. The room itself, the door had gaps, the floor had stains, the chairs were smelly, the bathtub was not clean, and their were dead bugs on the floor. We were also given a half empty shampoo bottle.

Everything bad, I suggest booking dot com to first visit the property before adding to the website

Did not honor booking. Said money was returned to third party and had no booking. Manager came out of office to help new clerk. Looked at computer, said it was a credit went back into office with out offering any resolution.

Room stayed hot, and the internet never worked.

Rom was a super good value. Location as excellent; near several types of restaurants and a mall. Since we hd a red eye, the option of getting an early 7 am check-in for an additional $50 was a huge bonus.

Hard to control in Florida, but there was a cock roach in our room and and some small ants in the microwave. I needed some extra hangers as we were there for a wedding, but front desk didn't have any extras.

It was dirty, and the bathtub was disgusting, I didn't want to touch anything I hardly got any sleep, I slept in my clothes.

Carlos, the front receptionist, was amazing. I called the hotel after arriving at the airport, and he scheduled for a shuttle to come get me. When I arrived he was very pleasant. I had an issue with my sheets being dirty with blood, and he resolved it by giving me a new room. He asked that i email him a photo and he would be sure a meeting will happen. The phones in both rooms I were in didn't work, so you have to call the front desk from your own phone or walk back out to the concierge desk. I wouldn't recommend eating their breakfast, just spend the money and go to IHOP next door.

There is no room service on call. My sheets were dirty with blood and had to change rooms. The carpet had spots all over them. I'd definitely recommend keeping something on your feet. Breakfast is not a hot breakfast you have to microwave the food. It was gross, and the fruit cups were expired.

They don't care about their customers' feelings. When we arrived, I was assigned to room 116. There is an AC system near my door, which generates huge noise. I had to request to change to another room (got assigned to 160), which was quiet in the night, but around 5 a.m., some kind of machine noise started from outside like crazy to wake us up. We could not sleep anymore; we had to pack to go! Never stay here again!
