Un member du personnel a été très désagréable alors qu'on demandait une troisième chaise (puisque nous étions 3 dans la chambre avec notre enfant) pour prendre les repas (ce qui nous a été refusé). Sol sale, lit petit et peu confortable, pas d'éponge pour faire la vaisselle. Bref, on paie la vue c'est tout.

Loved our room it was very nice. The view of the pool and the bay was so cool watching the manatees, the birds, and dolphins were great. The bar had really good food and drinks.

The Bed was only a full size. It would of been nice if housekeeping would of checked on us to see if we needed anything. But no one did. Only interaction was with the front desk he was great.

Wir haben dort nicht übernachtet, da das Zimmer nicht den Erwartungen und der Beschreibung entsprach. Es wurde uns eine Stornierung angeboten, aber das Geld, das wir für das Zimmer bezahlt haben, wurde uns nicht zurückerstattet. Wir wurden um 700 Euro betrogen!

Be careful – stay away! Since we apparently couldn't be offered another room, we were asked to cancel. We should get this back via Booking.com. However, the manager does not confirm the cancellation to Booking.com. We are currently being cheated out of 700 euros!

La posición y ubicación del hotel es fantástica, tiene una vista impresionante hacia el mar y los atardeceres. El área de piscina está frente al mar y muy agradable estar allí. Amplio parqueo.

El servicio es pésimo, tanto de habitación como de la recepción. Nunca hicieron la limpieza en 5 días, a pesar de q la solicitamos por un día. El servicio es tan pésimo que hasta la basura que uno genera dentro de la suite la teníamos que sacar a los basureros del piso. La excusa es q tienen una nueva política de no hacer limpieza, aunque nunca se menciona en la información del hotel, incluso les escribí previo a nuestra llegada para saber si era cierto q no hacían limpieza, por comentarios de otros huéspedes. Nunca respondieron. El sofá de la suite estaba sucio, viejo y desarmado, por lo q en los 5 días no lo usamos. Creo que si el hotel informara sobre su política de no limpieza y auto-gestión de los huéspedes, no habrían falsas expectativas, porque aunque el hotel es un poco viejo, tiene ubicación fantástica y las suites muy cómodas.

The suite was perfect for our stay.

There were a few nights that there was loud music at the pool until after midnight. Room near us playing loud music at 3:00 am. The restaurant on the facility was good food but we found out when we got our bill that they were adding a 20% tip, on top of the tip we already left in their tip jar. Horrible people to deal with, worst part of our whole trip.

The location was beautiful. Amenities were absolutely amazing. Staff was really nice.

My husband got stung by a bee in the room. Since they don't do housekeeping, I wish they included a broom. When we asked for towels, they said they ran out.

View was good, hideaway couch was broke, elevators were very slow when they worked. No bell service for luggage. Pool very very very small for amount of people. We requested 2 rooms next to each other and reservations got messed up

Restaurant was mediocre. Friendly staff. Badlyneeds updating. Enjoyed family time.

Beds,pillows extremely comfortable. Staff was excellent. Location perfect. Great food, dinner and breakfast in restaurant. Very secure.

They hold an additional $100.00 on your card at check in after you paid over $300.00 for the night. Cash only is needed to purchase items in the store. No option to use the held funds to purchase items in the store in the office. The tub was peeling and damaged. Bathroom tub needs to be fixed or updated.Extremly long walk to the room.The elevator is slower than molasses. Staff was not accommodating when trying to purchase items needed from the store.

The check in staff was nice. The front desk when called in later that day regarding issues with cleanlines. They seemed to be concerned and sounded like she was recording my complaints. The next day I again asked what they planned on doing about my complaints and they said they had no record! I again had to explain complaints!!!!. The restaurant at the pool was wonderful and delicious but did not know till the day before we left they actually served breakfast. I saw on website that breakfast was available but thought it was a misprint since I saw no actual restaurant in the hotel building. Thought it might have been discontinued due to covid and not been corrected. We were not told about the hours or location at check-in. Would have been nice to know. Was not told to call for extra towels etc everyday. Usually stay at Comfort Inns and this was in no way a Comfort Inns facility.

The problems were, terrible black mold around the shower interior. Urine around commode bottom. Found roach in bathroom which in Fl. isn't that unusual, I know. One of the bedrooms tv's did not work and was never repaired during our stay. Made reservations in August 2022 for 5 people and was only stocked for 3.. So not enough bowls, mugs, no dish soap or dishwasher detergent. Was only supplied with 1 wash cloth, hand towel, bath towel for 5, no extras. Had to call office everyday for more towels. Pool furniture limited and had black mold on some of them. Needed more reclining pool chairs. The pictures shown on website shows nice sandy beach. That sandy beach is only a small area near the pool. Not ever visiting Tampa before had no idea you had to go to Clearwater or St. PETE Beach to see a nice long beach area. The hotel is only close to a couple bars and restaurants, otherwise you have to drive to get everywhere. I don't believe we will visit Tampa area again. We recommend Daytona, went there in 2020 and 100% better.
