Location, spacious, The condo is very spacious and suited our needs perfectly.

Just a heads up:- we don’t think the cleaning service is doing a thorough job, as I’m sure you’d expect, because we found wrappers and a ball under the king bed in the large bedroom and scattered cards from card sets in the smaller bedroom. The balcony could do with a thorough clean as well.

I did like how quiet it was back at Pointe Royale away from the highway 76 Branson strip. The apartment was clean and smelled good. The king size bed was so very comfortable. I also liked having a place to cook meals and a washer/dryer.

Both bathrooms had vanity drawers that were hard to open. One of the bar stools was badly worn around the seat. Just keep an eye that it might tear soon. We had to use the sofa bed for my son to sleep on. The mattress is not comfortable so we used some of the blankets that were stored in the closet. Maybe consider getting a foam pad to use for that bed to be stored in the closets? When there were tenants above us, it was noisy and the ones that were in there on Wednesday night made a lot of noise late into the night. So, we had some difficultly sleeping when we had an early rise. I think next time I would prefer an apartment on the upper floor.

Safe area with nice beds. Property was as described. They even had laundry pods for us to use to do laundry, which was great!

The location of the property was great!! We we're only a few minutes away from all the attractions. The Apartment/Condo exceeded our expectations, and we really enjoyed the views from our room.

I absolutely love this place. We have stayed here now on 3 different occasions. It is very peaceful and comfortable. Well maintained and close to all the things you could possibly want to do.

My only complaint is I couldn’t stay longer.

loved the location. situated in a golfing community. our condo was very clean, very comfortable beds. suited us very well for our stay. highly recommend if you want to stay off the beaten path

The condo was beautiful, spacious, in a great location. The back deck was especially peaceful.

We all were having allergy attacks after swimming in the indoor pool for around an hour. We were concerned about the quality of the water or air in there.

The neighbors upstairs sounded like they were moving furniture @ 2 & 3 in morning… really didn’t get much sleep through night cause the bumping around.

Plenty of space to move around and spread out. 2 TV’s was very nice as I was into March Madness basketball and my wife preferred other TV choices. Location turned out to be quite close to many of the things we sought out and enjoyed in Branson.

We would like to have emptied some trash during the 5 night stay but saw no directions as to where to dump trash.

The furniture needs updated , even wasn't for mattress pad on one bed would had been very bad, and don't ever stay downstairs, very noisy from above like really bad had to go ask to walk softer, you could hear every movement

The AC was a little slow - but it was August and very hot so all AC was running at full capacity

The bedrooms need overhead lights. Very dark. 2 small table lamps were not enough light. Bedrooms need a chair or small tables for an area to put your things on. The tv remote controls were not programmed properly. Very confusing.
