El Acceso a la Habitación es muy Segura, con sistema electrónico y VideoVigilancia, No cuenta con Aire Acondicionado en un momento eso me.hizo pensar que podría ser caliente pero el clima en la zona y por estar bajo plafón la habitación se mantiene supe le fresca me encantó ese detalle

El Anfitrión Roberto es súper Buena Onda y se mantiene al pendiente de los detalles, sin embargo personal en la Zona del Hotel es muy limitado tuve que coordinarme siempre con don Roberto y tenía un poco de pena pues no sabía si le generaba inconvenientes en algún momento.... Pero él se mantuvo siempre pendiente

The room is nice and comfortable not big but new have TV good and comfortable bed and a nice shower with warm water , it had all that I needed

As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the place was super clean. The room I stayed in was perfect for one person, exactly what I needed! I needed to have three business meetings in the morning (video calls) and the internet was perfect! I had no issues meeting with my clients. It’s inside a gated community and there was parking for my truck (a big pick up) my Spanish is not that good so when I received the confirmation I didn’t realize I had to pay in cash or deposit into their bank account. I had a knock at the door asking me to pay and I only had credit cards. He explained cash only or deposit in his bank account. I quickly made a phone call to transfer the money. There was not a problem at all. He was very patient with me and allowed time for this to take place. I sent him a confirmation of the deposit and all was good. I will absolutely stay here anytime I need to be in the capital by myself! Or the larger room if I’m not alone. But I will stay here again!! 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Privacy, staff, location. Felt safe around the neighborhood. Public transportation available to go to downtown mercado central and civic center. Good guatemalan street foods on Sunday evening.
