The apartment was amazing, the view was the highlight of the apartment, there was plenty of room for 7 adults. We would definitely come back again!

1 bed was super comfy, the other we found quite hard but honestly it did not ruin our trip, just some feedback.

We would have liked a bedside lamp on each side of the beds and also extra body wash lotion and shampoos.

Spacious with great views. Access to the golf cart after checkout until leaving the island was much appreciated.

Unfortunately there was a leak from upstairs onto the bed below during the night. The apartment is a little tired and need of some maintenance and updating.

The room and bathroom at the back of the apartment smelt like vomit. I got the so called manager who got the cleaner to scrub the carpet with something that didn’t help. The bathroom floor still had vomit smeared on it and they refused to clean it. I had to sleep in another room with my daughter. I washed the bathroom floor MYSELF with a god damn tea towel. The gas cylinder for the bbq ran out half way through cooking our first meal. There was no milk provided for our first night and the property manager said “ah it’s only a couple of milks”. There were no instructions on how to operate the oven or TV. we had to get someone back for both occasions. There was no fry pan. we had to cook bacon in a saucepan. I had to get the pool cleaners to come and scoop a dead rat out of the pool. There was no jug for water. The whole place needs a good overhaul. Paint work chipped. all fly screens were broken. every single one. we couldn’t have the windows open. It was very disappointing for $4500 for 5 nights. we would never stay here again. I’m sorry to say we were very disappointed.

Great views. Massive apartment. It's more like a full sized house. Double story.

We ordered a spare fold up bed, but it was literally only a fold out cushion set. For the money charged for the bed and for the rental, a proper fold out bed that is off the ground should be provided. We would have been better off taking a camping mattress with us.

I really wanted to love this property as the location was beautiful with amazing views…but unfortunately that’s where it stopped.

The property was tired, rundown, dirty with multiple areas requiring repairs. The couch, cushions, rug and bin (the smell was horrendous with a rotting apple core under the garbage bag found) were very dirty, the carpet ripped and floor tiles cracked and dirty. The whole house needs a good paint internally and fixtures repaired. There were old odd plates and glassware and very little amount of pots, pans for general cooking. Three sachets of dishwashing liquid, one tea towel, and a couple of dishwasher tablets were just not adequate. We did not even bother with the bbq as it was rusty and dirty. We paid over $3500 for 4 nights and expected a clean villa with adequate ammenities. Such a pity as the villa could be beautiful with a few Reno’s and modernising. plus we were given a buggy (comes with the holiday house) that was flat and not charged prior to our arrival.
