House works perfectly for a large group. We had 12 and were very comfortable.
Large living room and kitchen great for large group with plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. Good location with 5 minute walk to beach and nice views from 2nd floor. Could use a few upgrades/reppacements( carpet, rollaway bed, Grille) but everything worked and was clean. Would definitely rent again

We loved the location, it was beautiful, and we loved the living/kitchen areas for all of us to gather for our family reunion. It was very convenient to have each bedroom with its own bathroom.

This home was perfect for our large family gathering of 14. Bathrooms and showers in every bedroom were a huge bonus. One block from the Bandon Riding Stables, one block from public beach access, and a 7 minute drive to Old Town Bandon with cute stores, fudge and ice cream shops, and great food options. Would definitely come back!

If you have a large group or a big family, this is one of the best places to stay in Bandon. With seven bedrooms and seven and a half baths, a large, well equipped kitchen and a great room with comfy couches and recliners,no one feels cramped. It's a short walk to the beach, though the first section is steep.
We really appreciate that no strongly scented cleaning products or essential oil air fresheners are used to mask odors, though we did have one room this year that had a strong perfume smell, possibly from a previous occupant. The house is always very clean, with plenty of fresh towels and bathroom supplies. Next year's visit is already booked!

There is a septic problem that kept us from allowing our grandson to play in the yard. The smell was terrible and we could see the sewage bubbling up in the back yard. I saw that this has been a problem in the past when looking at previous reviews. I incorrectly assumed that the problem had been fixed. I hope you get the issue resolved because this is a great property. We had a vey nice time.

We have stayed at this house many times over the years. It is a great place for a group of senior couples. Or anybody, really. 7 bedrooms and 7 1/2 baths. Plus another room that can be a bedroom. We love it.

Well apportioned kitchen including food wraps and spices. Nice large tv room, separate smaller game room and each room has a bathroom. If we needed a 7 room house at the beach again this will definately be a top choice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The photos don’t do this place justice. Great common area for relaxing and spending time together with our multigenerational group. Well equipped and comfortable. Wonderful beach access.

The location of the home was perfect, the ocean sights and sounds soothing and good for the soul.

Nice home kitchen had 2 towels and no dish rags. Oven door didnt shut. Some of the sliding doors didnt work. Garage door opener didnt work and couldnt park in it. The pictures made you think it was right on the beach.

This home was perfect for our group size. Each couple had their own room which included a full bathroom/shower for each. The location is perfect-short walk to one of Theo most beautiful beaches in Oregon! Would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed here 3 different times now and the house and the location is great…..except this time, the septic was full and backing up into the backyard. The area and home wreaked of raw sewage! Imagine trying to eat or sleep and smelling that constantly. Customer service was extremely unaccommodating and would only acknowledge the issue. BEWARE.

Had a small group of friends at this house and our stay was great. There is no children amenities such as pack n play or highchair. These might be nice additions! Overall the cleanliness, kitchen accessories, layout, rooms/bathrooms worked well.

Great stay. We have been coming to the beach as a group for 38 years. This is the best accommodation we have ever had. Bedrooms with private bathrooms a giant plus for us old folks. Thanks

This is the second time we rented this house. I love that each of the 7 has their own private bath. This vacation was riddled with unacceptable mishaps. The septic tanks were over full with sewage seeping up through the ground. The staff was attentive but it could not be pumped so throughout our stay we had caution tape and lime to look at. We had small children and dogs which made and added burden on keeping them safe. Not enough towels and one bathroom had no towels. The first night of vacation we were doing laundry due to dirty sheets on beds and not enough towels. The oven door was broken but could not get fixed while we were staying at the property. We did get a small refund and the customer service were kind on the we phone but I will never stay at this property again. I will stay at other Vasca property due to their customer service answer all my calls.

Great house for a large group. Bedrooms with their own full bath is a big bonus. Large kitchen and living area gives everyone plenty of space. Kitchen reasonably equipped and the new refrigerator with ice maker is a nice upgrade. Our group has used this property in the past, and will return.

Bedrooms are hotel-like. It was nice not sharing a bathroom. Common areas had plenty of space to accommodate everyone. Kitchen had all the necessary items for cooking meals and baking goodies. Property manager was very responsive. Easy walk to beach access. Short drive to Bandon.

This is the third year we have stayed at A Bandon Retreat and it was an overall great experience. Well stocked kitchen, very clean and room (and bathrooms!) for our large family group. It is a short hike to the beach (be aware that portions of the access trail are steep) and a short drive to Bandon.
The fan in the toilet room of the Galway suite didn't work and the towel bar in the Kerry room was loose but other than that everything was well maintained. Oh and the gas cooktop needs to be manually lit -- easy to do but some signage to that effect might be good. Hope to return next year!

The house definetly has enough rooms for a big gathering Enjoyed having family all in one house. Would have been nice ro see that it did not have a fenced yard. The picture looks like it did. Stairs are a little high from the driveway to the house, especially for a older person with a cane. The garage does not fit 2 cars because one side has picnic tables in the space. In the pictures we thought there would be a staircase to the ocean, and there was no staircase a block away.

The house is very roomy, large enough for a family reunion. The house is clean and well furnished. Birds have nests above several of the balconies and the mess needs to be cleaned before guests arrive. That is my only complaint.

Das Haus war perfekt für meine Gruppe von 12 Personen.
Die Zimmeraufteilung mit den eigenen Bädern und WC ist besonders toll. Der Aufenthaltsraum und die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zum Strand ist eine Wucht.
Hier stimmt einfach auch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Sorry - leider nicht fürs Wetter mit 3 Regentagen.
Rundherum eine volle Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt an der südlichen Oregon-Pacific-Küste.

Great stay in a big house that accommodates many people and pets. Huge living area and sitting areas for different activities, games, tv watching etc. Nice rooms with attached bathrooms for all. Some improvements that could happen: one bedroom needs blinds on the window (this is a must have!) more extra blankets /comforters available for use, one bathroom fan didn’t work, a crockpot on the kitchen would be good. Our last morning there was no hit water but I think that because the storm overnight blew out the pilot light! Also check out at 11am would be better than 10am and a contact number or instructions of who to contact in case of issues would be nice.

Well stocked utensils, dishes, pots and pans. Limited stock of kitchen towels, bath towels, and washcloths. Consideration should be given to replacing dishwasher, rewashed several loads, often did not dry after washing. Donegal room had continual faucet drip. All in all, very pleased with the house and accomadations as provided. Very comfortable for the 14 of us, family and friends. Would book again for a group of this size.

Pretty nice place
Very roomy house with lots of bathrooms. Clean and stocked in nice neighborhood. The bathrooms are nothing to write home about but clean and functional The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable and my only real gripe, good place if you have a bunch of people would definitely stay there again.
