My wife, daughter and I have stayed at 3 different VRBOs along the Palisades. We love the view, climate and neighborhood. Our latest rental was right on the bluffs in an old home in need of extreme TLC. Wonderful front yard deck set with multiple seats around a fire table with an additional wood burning pit. Two biggest issues…..for the money it should be totally clean and spotless. That wasn’t the case. Second issue was that the setting is like in a busy public park. Saturday and Sunday thousands of people, most with dogs walked 30 feet from where you are sitting. At sunset, it’s even a more popular public area. Our next visit will be elsewhere.

Geno’s home was perfect for 8 of us to stay, bbq, cook, and socialize on the lovely patio or inside table or family room with perfect views. The beds were super comfy and the kitchen had literally everything we needed. We took lovely walks and nearby hikes, played ping pong, watched a movie, people watched when we were able to take our eyes off the view! I thought parking might be a challenge, but we had no problems for four cars. A few of my daughter’s law school friends even stopped by and we walked a few minutes to inspiration point to take a few gorgeous photos of them in their graduation gowns. We appreciated that we could bring our dog. My daughter’s fiancé played the perfectly tuned piano while we enjoyed a nice glass of wine on the patio. An early morning visit to the Getty Villa Museum was an highlight. After Sunday checkout, we walked to town and enjoyed the farmers market and beautiful shops. Geno and his family home helped us create wonderful memories! I might have to quickly rebook a mom’s weekend!

We are a family of eight that celebrated a graduation weekend at Geno's property right by the bluff, facing the Pacific Ocean. It was an absolutely awesome stay for us. The rental came exactly as promised in all aspect. Geno welcomed us, showed us around, and then we were off to enjoying all the amenities in the main and guest houses. Evening cocktails and BBQ on the front porch facing the ocean was amazing. Dinner in house, table tennis, pool, poker, and all kinds of family activities to follow kept us all busy. Morning walks, with a coffee in hand, to the little park next to the house was outstanding. All in all, was worth every penny! We'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay over Easter at this beautifully positioned home right on the cliffs overlooking the entire Pacific Ocean. The view is breathtaking and the neighborhood is so cute. There is tons to do within walking and driving distance. The house is adorable and has everything you need. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, gorgeous views all day. Great also for people watching! Would love to return. The owner is superb and great at communicating. Check-in and check-out went super smoothly. Thanks so much.

We spent a great weekend at the home. Very relaxing and an amazing view. We originally planned to do several things in the local area, but ultimately just stayed there and relaxed. The host is very nice and responsive.

The home was the perfect setting and location for our family gathering. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and cooking meals in the kitchen. King beds a bonus. Geno was quick to respond and accommodating for a couple of issues during our stay. House needs some TLC and cleanliness.

Some friends and I came to have a low-key NYE, and enjoyed every moment. Geno greeted us with open arms and the place met our every expectation. Hope to visit again soon!
