All great starting form the location, into the very jungle...you can sleep with the noise of it, amazing experience. Nice room, simple but well furnished, owners are friendly and welcoming, really enjoyed my stay, too bad I couldn't extende more.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic, pool is great and well maintained as is the whole place. Outside seating is very cool especially at night with the lights on. Really chilled vibe with the place and the staff couldn’t be more helpful if they tried, they made the stay even better! All so polite and friendly. Room was a good size and bed was very comfortable. They offer moped hire here too for a much better price than everywhere else. it is a little out of the way and very quiet, but it’s fine if you have the moped. Lovely restaurants and shops 5 minutes away and the beach is very close. So glad we decided to stay here and wish we could have stayed longer, thank you!

If I was traveling with gf like a tourist for aweek maybe this place was not correct for me, as on holiday I prefer beach with restaurants options near, this is not this place, but for this money still its incredible balance

The host and his wife were super friendly, gave us great advices about exploring the island and told us about all the hidden gems of Koh Samui. They gave us amazing restaurant and beach tips and made our stay wonderful. The rooms were big and very clean and the pool was good for an evening swim in the hot weather. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone who would love a quite, cute and clean place with great hosts.

We felt very welcomed by Marco as we arrived. Before he gave us tips to get to Koh samui and the hotel. The room and the place itself were very pretty and we felt very comfortable. We rented a scooter directly in the hotel for a very cheap price and Marco even took the time and suggested very many nice locations to us and also recommended the best food on the island. Pip which was also working there was also very friendly and showed some authentic cooking to us after we went to the local market together where she explained local ingredients to us. We would have stayed longer if we were able to. In sum the hotel was the best we had all over Thailand and we would highly recommend it to you.

What an amazing place. An absolute gem on Koh Samui. Everyone went way above and beyond to make sure I had an unbelievable 5-night stay with them. It would take too long to list everything they did - so amazingly caring. Stop looking for accommodation and just book here - trust me. The room was sparkly clean and the bed super comfortable. It was cleaned each day and updated with fresh towels. The upstairs rooms have a sweet balcony with a nice view of nature, great to sit and relax. The pool is so welcome and refreshing. They have scooters available to hire so you can get around easily. There’s a nearby restaurant with unbeatable Thai food and pastries. I don’t think it’s possible to have a bad stay, if I’m ever back on Koh Samui - you’ll find me here.

It’s really difficult to leave at the end!

You arrive as a customer and you leave as a member of the family. As Nick says, “Nothing is impossible », or Marco: "Welcome to Paradise." » … The location at the foot of the hill and only 3 minutes by sea scooter is for me one of the best on the island. More natural, wilder, less touristy and less cement. Moreover, you can rent a scooter on site. In fait, you can have everything you want on site. The value for money is exceptional. In addition, the empathy and benevolence of the bosses make all the difference. You can count on them to give you all the veins and all the good addresses in the area. Perfectly clean, so reasonably priced and a beautiful location (we enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle). The pool is also great after a sweaty Samui day. The best part are the owners! Nick is a brilliant guy and couldn’t do enough to help us organise and enjoy our stay, including picking us up from the airport, arranging really reasonable scooter hire and taxi transfers.

Staying at Samui Hills was a wonderful experience. Starting with the location of the accommodation, a fresh remote area between trees and palms, and ending with the guys managing the place, Samui Hills was a great choice for us. The pool was very clean, the room was spacious and well equipped. They cleaned it and changed the towels every day. We did a one day trip with Marco, one of the owners, and we managed to see the main attractions on the island. There are few spots on the island that can't be reached by scooter or the road is too steep or too hard for a scooter. We had lunch in an amazing spot, with a view over the entire island. Also, we watched the sunset somewhere near the accommodation, up in the mountains. Also, Marco and Nick were very kind and picked us up from the pier on the day we had arrived and also they drive us to the pierd on the day we had left the island. The accommodation offers the possibility of renting scooter for very reasonable prices. Being in a remote area, but very close to the main road (100 - 150 m from the main road), a scooter is the best idea for ones who want to make beach hops. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Samui Hills and we truly recommend the place.

This accommodation was one of the best places we’ve stayed in Thailand so far. The building and room itself was lovely for a great price. However the best thing about Samui Hills are the staff. As mentioned on many other reviews, they were such lovely people who helped us with any needs we had. We rented a motorbike for a couple of days to explore the bottom half of the island which was cheaper than anywhere else we have seen. They really made sure we felt at home and had a chilled out atmosphere which was brilliant. Top tier people, thank you so much for making our stay so pleasurable

Warm and friendly staff immediately make you feel at home. The resort is only 5 months old so everything is new. The restaurant is amazing and affordable. Plenty of space in the rooms with Tv complete with Netflix and strong wifi. Nice and quiet and just a few minutes to amazing beaches. Stay here!!!!

Everything is new and in perfect order!

Not the best first impression, as our transport at the pier didn’t show up, even tough we communicated very clear on email. So we ended up taking a very expensive taxi, but eventually got there. Even tough our first impression wasn’t very good, this place deserves 10/10. Good clean rooms in a new building, nice pool, lovely food at the bar and last but not least, such nice staff who always want to ensure, that you are enjoying your stay! TIP. - You do need a bike, motorbike or a car to get around. Nothing is really close to this place. Luckily they do offer motorbike rental at a good price. - Also, try the Spaghetti Bolognese. You won’t regret it.
