It was very picturesque, close to the main part of town, beds were very comfortable and the pool was an added bonus.

Wonderful setting, wonderful property and wonderful hosts. Penny and Geoff were very friendly and helpful (but always mindful of our privacy). And the breakfast supplies were generous.
The accommodation had everything we needed such as seating areas outside, lovely views and garden and a great swimming pool. We saw cows and their calves on a daily basis, kangaroos on a neighbouring property one night and bats on another night. We did lots of walks and sightseeing so it was nice to come back to such a tranquil place. What was there not to like?

Tantallon’s location is fabulous. Beautiful scenery and serene surroundings. The apartment is very comfortable and very well equipped with everything supplied for a hearty breakfast.
Although we only required accommodation for two, the apartment can be extended with adjoining bedrooms and an additional bathroom if family accommodation is required.
Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and encouraged us to make as much use of the property as we wished but gave us maximum privacy.
We highly recommend this marvellous getaway in the beautiful Berry area.

the peace , quiet and atmosphere
frankly everythjng was great if i had to be picky i’d say the shower wet half the bathroom floor - could be a hassle with kids but really there was nothing to pick - hosts were great and loved the place

The location and serenity was exceptional. The bath in the bathroom was amazing. The breakfast that was provided was wonderful. Geoff and Penny were wonderful hosts and were very hospitable.
There were a few utensils in the kitchen that weren't there that we thought could be good to have (eg: a rubber egg flipper and rubber tongs - so as to not scratch the non stick pans).

The accommodation was perfect for 2 people, and has great views.
The breakfast option, eggs, bacon, milk and bread was greatly appreciated.
Hosts are very respectable of guests privacy.
Couches should be vaccumed under the cushions. Previous guests have left heaps of crumbs under there.

We had booked very quickly several months go and had no real idea what to expect. But Tantallon was simply beautiful. A tasteful large one level apartment looking out over a stunning green valley. Our host, Geoff, was helpful. We felt right at home. There were farm laid eggs in the fridge plus toast and bacon. Smart kitchen with a variety of teas. It was exactly what we wanted for a busy wedding weekend.

Location is beautiful, peaceful and restful. A perfect location to "recharge the batteries". Property was well stocked with necessities, DVD's books etc.

How I didn't have any other guests around me, i.e. I was the only one occupying the place

Our stay was amazing, Jeff was a great host. Central to the town of Berry, however quiet enough to enjoy the surroundings. 2 minute drive from Berry and if you want to have a drink the cab service is really good.
