Waking up to the view from the balcony is one of the best aspects of this very well-appointed, modern and comfortable apartment. Yet even though it has all the modern amenities, it retains remnant attributes of a classic Dalmatian building, owing partly to the steps and the stone work on the wall (or rather, the stone walls which suggest the renovation of an older building). This suite met all our expectations (there were three of us, including our teenage daughter who loved the space and found the pull out couch more than comfortable). We appreciated its elevation but also the fact that there weren't too many steps (I'd say around 30-40 all told. I forgot to count). AC in each room helped keep everyone comfortable. Note, as mentioned in the description, you can't get to the property with a car. But I believe that the owners can arrange transport that gets you closer to the building than you could with your own car. Note also that by renting this space you get a reduced parking rate at the public lot. We spend 40 euros for two days of parking, which is much less than the 3 euro an hour rate that you pay without renting an apartment.

For a two-day trip like we had, the kitchenette was more than sufficient and very well-stocked. However, if you plan on cooking it might be two small of a workspace. Also, the coffee machine did not work. (Note to owners: please check it out. It appears to leak on one side). That's not affecting my review as I tend to drink most of my coffee in the numerous cafes.

There was a reception for picking up the keys. We arrived earlier that day and were still able to check in and get the keys without problems. Children enjoyed the jacuzzi on the balcony, the coffee was great.

The host contacted us early to arrange for our arrival - we were able to arrange an early arrival and a late check out. The host arranged for assistance with our luggage up and down the stairs as well as a transfer to the airport. It was a fantastic location directly accessed from the promenade. Everything that we needed was there and available. When we wanted the room cleaned we simply hung the sign outside the door. The terrace with the hot tub was wonderful at the end of the day of sightseeing

Beautiful clean apartment. Danijela was really helpful, friendly and patient. Mihaela and others as well. Thank you all! The location is perfect - central in Cavtat but quiet. The first floor apartment benefited from a nice breeze. As a family of four we were a little concerned there would be enough space but there was no problem. I would not hesitate to recommend or revisit.

Amazing place! Clean and modern rooms, everything nearby. Nice and helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a rental car but it was ok to park it nearby at the public parking lot (short walk). You will get a fixed price per day. Cavtat itself is a really beautiful place with a several good restaurants and swimming places. Highly recommend!
