Location is amazing. Couldn't get heating to work so someone was sent out to sort it out quickly. Keys in a lock box makes arriving so much easier you can just go straight to your van.

Speed bumps! So many of them! Scraped bottom of car. Arrived late at night so took a while driving around trying to find caravan as sight very dark. Couldn't see a clear pattern in way anything is numbered. Caravan could have done with being a bit cleaner.

Great location and we were lucky with the weather. The double bed was very comfortable and the caravan was generally clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning to Clarach for a mini-break in the future.

Some aspects of the caravan suffered from end-of-season tiredness. Some of the crockery had not been washed properly (presumably by previous guests) and the kitchen cabinets had "sticky" handles. The washbasin in the bathroom still had remnants of toothpaste on the tap. A more thorough clean between guests would have resolved these issues.

It was comfortable and spacious.Security guard at the clubhouse was really helpful in finding us our caravan.

Only the double bed had a sheet, duvet cover and pillowcases. No other sheets etc in caravan. Old Used tampon in toilet brush. There was an old sweet in the corner of the twin room near lounge. Reception staff out of hours were ignorant and very unhelpful. Gates were locked to entrance about 10pm, so couldn't take car back to caravan. We didn't know about this.

we was upgraded to an alternative caravan, it was very clean and bed was comfortable.

the bedroom doors and bathroom door all open out to each other, so when the 2 little ones went to bed and needed door leaving open was a struggle to get to toilet or master bedroom. Also you can see part of the sea from the living room, but more of what looks like a building site from the other caravan site.

We were upgraded to a newer caravan (140) which was nice. Lots of utensils, cleaning products and utensils.

Standards of cleanliness were very poor mouldy blinds, rusty radiator, dirty floors, ripped wallpaper, cutlery draw full of dog hair dirty cutlery, cups and dishes whole place felt grubby and in need of a thorough clean

Place was very clean. Close to amenities.

Just needed some washing up sponges and kitchen cleaning things.

love the caravan modern and clean plenty of space for 3 kids 2 adults

bit of a walk to the beach and club if you don’t like walking we didn’t mind

lots of extra bedding as it was quite cold when we stayed.

no frying pan!!!! had to try with a saucepan. could not get the dvd player to work-shame as there were many dvd's on the shelf

Caravan was really spacious and clean and very well looked after, very straight forward communication between owner and myself, great weekend had by all x

Comfortable, remarkably spacious, efficient heating, excellent communication with hosts who took the trouble to let us know we could have a late check out.
