Spacious, clean, good facilities, good location

Location for the purpose of our visit. The outdoor pool and the set up of holiday park.

The fact that booking com had double booked what i had booked and after u.5 hour drive you dont want to hear that. No fault of owner though and she was fantastic in sorting us another cottage, although we had to accept due to how far we had come it was a smaller cottage with 1 less bedroom. We did manage ok but it was a little squashed.

The facilities and the cleanliness were superb! The staff were really accommodating as well... Would love to come back there.

Wonderful property, lots of space, very clean, and had everything we needed. Contacted the owners beforehand to ask some questions and they couldn't be more helpful. Wonderful sleep, such comfortable beds. Our pup was made to feel very welcome and loved running in the field.

The size of the Barn accommodation was fabulous, the location was great, comfortable and warm.

The pool and hot tub were out of action so we didn’t get to make the most out of the facilities.

Nice quiet area, close to the town. 20 min drive to the Devils bridge, worth of visiting. Nothing was a trouble. We enjoyed our stay.

It was a perfect stay for the new years celebration.

Really pleased with my stay , gorgeous area and lovely host, would highly recommend to a friend Will be returning :)

Good location, good size and had all the facilities you need. great facilities for Mum who is disabled. Hot tub was very well taken care off and great size.

It had a great view of the country. More than enough space. Great place. Close to the University

The Barn was lovely it was furnished lovely in an ideal place. There was playground for the kids and swimming pool and jacuzzi available the swimming pool was lovely and warm. Free parking BBQ facilities available.

There wasn't alot of hot water, there was 9 of us staying in the barn and this worked out that there was enough hot water for maybe 2 people to shower. Also the BBQs that were down by the playground wasnt well kept, there was beer cans and cigarette ends in them, maybe they could be checked by staff to keep them clean.

A beautiful place. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need to hand.

It's advertised as up to 10 sharing but 3 of the double beds are in 2 connected rooms with just a curtain between them. Fine if you're travelling with children but not suitable for 10 adults.

Every thing perfect,a part from washing machines didn't work properly

Every thing was perfect

• We liked that the property had an upstairs and downstairs - this allowed us to be able to make a little noise (cooking and watching tv) whilst our children were asleep. • Underfloor heating in the living room - which is tiled - so our feet were nice and warm! • Lots of towels available • Dishwasher - and dishwasher tablets provided • All cooking utensils provided. Lots of glasses (all types). Plates/bowls etc! • Big American style fridge freezer • Very friendly staff when we spoke with any.

• Some lights either didn’t work, or were missing bulbs. • Toilet brushes had faeces on. • The kitchen floor was sticky upon arrival. • The toaster was broken - the mechanism that lowers the bread was detached inside (you can see through the glass window on the front/back of the toaster). • Room with two single beds - one of the beds doesn’t fit (it’s quite cramped) which meant the door doesn’t close! I had to adjust it quite a bit. • The headboards in the room with the single beds weren’t attached to the bed/wall - they were nearly toppling over on top of our children - I had to move one to another room, and push the bed closer for the other one to stop it falling over! • A plug in diffuser was left switched on and empty in a socket - burning smell. • Upstairs bathroom with the jacuzzi was dirty, windowsill/toilet top/bath covered in gritty dust. • Upstairs bedroom with balcony - ceiling light didn’t work. • Living room floor was gritty under the dining table • No remote for the TV - a remote was in the drawer but it didn’t work nor did it have batteries (to note, we did buy our own batteries to try but it didn’t work with the TV nor the DVD player) • Curtain that covers entrance door - which is needed for privacy - it doesn’t cover the whole door - despite the rail doing so - so it seems a little pointless. • My phone fell down between the sofa seats - it’s a little dirty between them - nothing a Hoover wouldn’t fix! • It felt a little like there was too much unnecessary furniture upstairs and placed in random places - which made the layout a little odd - a mirror on the wall but a cumbersome wardrobe practically in front of it stopping you from using the mirror. • Kitchen counter was a little greasy! • Came across some silverfish on the kitchen counter. • Wifi was VERY intermittent • On-site laundrette machines not working! • under beds and sofas were dirty

Spacious living room, stunning beach nearby.

Facilities: Internet didn't work for upstairs, no doors for some of the bedrooms (no privacy). no controlled of hot/cold water supplies, Jacuzzi was not working, swimming pool was only a disappointment!!

The kids loved the swimming pools. There was plenty of parking spaces.

The floorboards kept creaking upstairs and those staying in the bedroom downstairs were disturbed by it. But it’s not a major issue. Overall the barn was lovely.

It was ideal for family of 8 and 2 dogs

Location excellent, a nice quiet area but also very close to town. Hosts were excellent, extremely helpful. Loved the conservatory style room- spacious with an amazing view. Had pretty much everything we needed Hot tub was a bonus. Excellent value when we travelled. Sadly a lot of things were closed when we visited due to lockdown restrictions, but we still had a great time at the cottage. Although the tours were closed, the silver mountain experience with a santa visit was fun for adults and kids!
