La atención fue fenomenal, todo el personal es un 1009%

TODO ME ENCANTO

El personal es amable y atento. El desayuno buffet variado y agradable. Las camas eran comodas. Tiene buena señal su wifii. El primer dia pedimos algo para comer en la habitacion, tiene una buena carta, los platos fueron agradables.

Son detalles pero creo que vale la pena mencionarlo. La habitacion doble era pequeña. Como fui con mochilas las pusimos en el piso al costado de las camas ya que no hay un lugar donde ponerlas. Cuando llegamos el lavadero del baño estaba atorado, demoraba en pasar el agua. Avise esto a recepcion para que lo desatoren al dia siguente. Te pueden llevar comida cena a los cuartos, algo que esta perfecto, pero deberian colocar una mesita un poco mas grande para poner las bandejas, ya que lo que habia era una mesita circular pequeña.

La atención del personal y el restaurante fueron excelentes.

Había bulla en los alrededores a veces.

The personnel was friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated very near to the city centre which means easy walking but city noise too. There is an open-air parking field next to the hotel. The room was not very large but adequate for 1 person. There was a cupboard so I could store my stuff. The window glasses were not "touching" correctly leaving a gap and allowing the street noise to pass into the room (despite it was at the 5th floor). It is a common practice in Peru to provide only one towel. In this hotel 4 towels of different sizes were provided.

The wifi at the 5th floor didn't work. The routers couldn't connect to internet. I was given another router but none seemed to know the password so, practically, for the 2 days I stayed I had no internet unless I was going at the lobby. The breakfast is buffet but not many choices. Additionally, there is no extra cutlery, so in the plate you had your fried eggs you must have your marmalade or fruit with the same forks & knives. There is only one (very kind) person in the breakfast room trying to deal with everything.

It is located very near to the city center. Staff is very helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. They offer a transfer to Chiclayo airport, which is very helpful, if you need it.
