Voici ce qui vous attend. Condo au bord du lac, richement rénové et meublé, situé au 1er étage d'un immeuble de deux étages situé dans l'une des communautés les plus populaires de Bradenton. Le condo dispose de 1250 pieds carrés, dispose de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains et peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 4 personnes. Passez une bonne nuit de sommeil sur le lit king size de la chambre principale. Cette chambre dispose également d'un tiroir de bureau, de tables de nuit, d'un dressing et de sa propre salle de bain principale avec douche à l'italienne. La chambre a deux lits jumeaux confortables, un tiroir commode, une table de nuit, un placard et une salle de bain complète avec douche baignoire située à côté de la chambre. Aimez-vous cuisiner? Parfait, la cuisine est entièrement meublée et dispose de tous les nouveaux appareils pour vous aider à préparer ce repas parfait. Voulez-vous pouvoir faire votre propre lessive? Super, il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse à côté de la salle de bain des invités. Le condo comprend également une salle à manger séparée pouvant accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes. C'est un endroit idéal pour savourer votre repas, jouer aux cartes ou simplement passer du temps avec vos amis. Le salon dispose d'un canapé enveloppant, c'est l'endroit idéal pour faire une sieste après une longue journée à la plage ou à la piscine. Vous voulez regarder votre émission ou votre film préféré, ne vous inquiétez pas, il y a un téléviseur à écran plat monté dans le salon. Voulez-vous vous déconnecter complètement de tout? OK, alors nous avons un endroit parfait pour vous. C'est un endroit idéal pour lire votre livre préféré, savourer votre petit-déjeuner ou siroter votre tasse de café préférée tout en écoutant le doux son de l'eau provenant de la fontaine du lac. Oh, et si vous devez rattraper vos courriels, ne vous inquiétez pas, le condo est doté d’une connexion Wi-Fi, mais n’oubliez pas que vous êtes en vacances, ne travaillez donc pas trop dur. We have close relatives that live in Bradenton. A day trip from NE Florida does not cut it. We like to take 2 days for a visit and staying here at the Condo was perfect. Way better than a hotel where you just have a bedroom. We had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our company without having to go out.
It is nice to have a full size kitchen with all the dishes and utensils needed. No need to go out for coffee in the morning, just brew a pot in the kitchen and relax.
We were close enough to many restaurants, stores and the beach. Did not use the pool or other amenities. Maybe next time.
The host was in communication with us prior to arrival.
Everything for checking in was provided to my email.
No issues. Parked right in front of the entrance and used the pass code for the door lock.
This was a very clean and comfortable condo at a fair price. We will definitely look this up for our next visit to Bradenton.

I’ve stayed at Ervs condo 3 times and loved it. Very clean. Lots of room. Close to beach and restaurants. TV in bedrms annd living area. Condo has great anppliances. We are pool people and both pools are always clean and inviting. Erv is a great host and willing to help with any problems.

The picture is deceiving. The beach is 30 minutes away and the “ lake “ advertised as “ lake front “ was a dried up mud pit. However, the property was clean.

It was well positioned in the estate and we enjoyed both the high spec inside and variety of birds outside. Quiet area with good links to surrounding attractions

Condo was perfect for our vacation. It is roomy and comfortable, had everything we needed. We loved the pool and hot tub area, not crowded and short walk from condo. Had a problem with the electricity and Ervin responded immediately to my message. Would stay here again!

The unit is part of a well maintained, well planned association. The pools are heated. The condo is exactly as pictured, in a quiet relaxing setting. The check in was seamless, the unit ready and clean.

This was our second year renting and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The location is perfect for us to visit family in Venice and Lakewood Ranch. Close to other attractions as well. The condo is clean and nicely decorated. Nice to sit in the screened in lanai and watch the ducks in the pond.
It was nice to have Ervin check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

The title is a little misleading as the unit we had was a pond not a lake. The unit itself was just as it looked in the pictures, bedrooms are separated by both bathrooms. We only had two little issues, one is that the blinds leading into the Lanai need replaced as every time you open or close a couple of blinds would fall down. The other issue is not just this unit but everywhere we stay the cookware is horrible. The skillets need updated, not just at this site but every place we have stayed in the past! The only thing I could not find at this location was any kind of baking dish. No 9x13 dish, pie dish, or casserole dish. Not sure how to bake anything without one of those?
Overall it was a very nice place to stay, the pool was nice and the people we met were very nice!

Uneventful….which is a good thing on vacation

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and needed a convenient space for our family of four. The location was perfect and the space was fabulous. All of the beds were very comfortable and the amenities were brand new or in great condition. Parking was super easy and there is even access to a handicap spot if needed. (This is a first floor unit.) The lovely screened porch was a great space to relax after a day playing lacrosse. We loved it so much that we rebooked it for next year. Can't wait to come back!

The property is in great shape, well appointed, very clean and in a great location. My only criticisms are small quibbles: the handle in the master shower needs attention and the front door needed to be held tightly closed to ensure the bolt would lock; we unknowingly spent a night with the door unlocked as a result.

Ive stayed in several shorewalk condos but none as nice as ervins. Very clean, updated, great location to pool. Nicely decorated. Fairly new appliancess. Ive stayed in this condo the last 3 times we visitedd florida.and ihope i will always get to stay here

Property was great, owner was responsive. Pool rules are way too strict for kids, kids can’t do anything in the pool so if you have young kids be prepared for some complaints.

The complex is well maintained and the pools are nice. The condo kitchen and baths were updated, even though Shorewalk is an older complex. Restaurants, stores, and beaches are close by

Renters be aware that Vrbo properties are not held up to hotel standards. They expect the renters to obey all of these rules and guidelines, but they don't always hold up to their end of the contract. I was met in the first minute by a cockroach on the kitchen floor. Needless to say, we did not stay. Since our flight came in at 9pm I had to scramble at 10pm to find a hotel nearby. Ervin did give my a full refund, but did not take full responsibility for the problem by admitting they had a problem. I doubt if I'll ever use Vrbo again.

This condo was was exactly as presented. Comfortable, clean and well stocked with household items.
Great location close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed sitting at the pool, our daily walks and my husband fishing the ponds on the property. Great location for day trips!

Very clean updated condo. Exactly as shown in pictures. Very comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a short or long term stay. Great communication with owner. Would definitely recommend and hope to go back. Oh, and Shorewalk is a great place. Two nice pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 pickleball courts, 1 tennis court, 2 nice community BBQs that can be reserved for grilling, nice club house with friendly staff. Also close to restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores and G T Bray pickleball park (20 dedicated courts).
