This was our 9th trip to Puerto Rico but our first stay in Rio Grande. We loved the location and the ease of check in and check out. Many nice touches in the condo that were appreciated. We look forward to returning next year!!! Thank you.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! Bright, clean and professionally handled. I highly recommend this property for couples. Close to the hotel to walk for dinners, etc. We rented a car to get to the grocery store and explored a bit. Puerto Rico is absolutely beautiful and the people are very welcoming and proud. We will be back ❤️

The location of this unit was fantastic and exceeded all of our expectations. We stayed in Puerto Rico 7 nights at Ocean Villas and it was paradise…secluded in the gated Wyndham resort property. Our veranda overlooked the pools and gorgeous beach, which was just feet from our door. The staff on-site (especially Jose) were very helpful and pleasant as well. If we ever come back to Puerto Rico, we would stay in this exact unit. We didn’t have many questions during our stay, but Sandra was always quick to respond! Really cannot recommend this property more…you won’t be disappointed!

Property was amazing, clean, and provided all the essentials needed, which made the stay that much better. The view couldn’t be beat and the location was perfect! This was an amazing updated condo with a great balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool. It had everything you needed to go to the beach and the hotel with restaurants was a quick 4 minute walk. Sandra was an amazing host and responded to my texts right away. Puerto Rico was so beautiful and we will stay here again.

Beautiful property in the most amazing location! Gorgeous views of the Caribbean Sea and private pool. Sandra is the kindest, most helpful and most efficient owner we’ve ever had the pleasure to work with and we hope to be able to rent with her again. You will not be disappointed!

My wife and I came down for a relaxing getaway and an opportunity to wxplore the Northeast of the island. The property was in a great location with an awesome view of the ocean, the pool, and the 16th green on the ocean course. The pool at this end of the conplex is nice ans quiet with all the hubub a short walk away. The location was less than an hour drive from the airport abd less than an hour to go catch the ferry to Vieques for a night to see the Bio Bay (an absolute must if you havent seen it) a bunch of restaurant options on site and a ton more a short drive away. Sandra was an awesome host with tons of advice and suggestions and always a quick response. We cant wait to comw back and stay here again.

This rental was exactly as advertised. Maybe even better in person. Beds were comfortable (bed and both futons), the view was amazing and the Wyndham property was fun to explore. The hotel concierge at the Wyndham hotel was happy to help us even after we told him we were staying in Ocean Villas and gave us great advice. The pools were mostly close to empty for our entire stay at all hours. The most people we saw were like 5 people in the pools the whole time. The beach was practically empty all week as well. The ocean can have some substantial currents at times but just don’t go out too deep and you can still have fun and swim your heart out there too and play in the waves. We did manage to swim in the hotel pools a couple of evenings but I don’t think you’re supposed to. And we frankly just wanted to come back to the villa’s empty pools anyways. The location was super convenient. Everything was an easy drive (grocery stores, Walmart, Luquillo, Fajardo and San Juan). Excellent location. Sandra was an absolute dream of a property manager. Answered all texts promptly, handled any hiccups quickly and also sent us lots of helpful information before our arrival. She’s super friendly and great and you can tell this rental is loved and taken care of. Small things were appreciated like dish soap and toilet paper. I am a very light sleeper and it was so nice and quiet all the time. My adult children and I very much enjoyed our stay and we can’t wait to come back!

Couldn’t have been a better location! Pool and beach are steps away. So many terrific local options close by for coffee, smoothies, lunch and dinner. Sandra was great and provided lots of suggestions ahead of time. We didn’t spend too much time inside but the space was great and it was nice having laundry there. The twin futons are not great. (Might be ok for little kids?) That was the only downside but we worked it out and everyone was comfortable.

We had a wonderful time. The villa was very clean and provided all the amenities we needed. The property is stunning and views from the balcony were amazing. Sandra was great to work with and quick to respond.

I have stayed at Sandra's property several times. We always have a great experience. Her condo unit is always clean and has all the amenities you need. The location is everything!! You are away from the touristy hustle in San Juan, close to so many other activities and love going to the Luquillo Kiosks to enjoy some good drinks and food when we want to get out and about. We spent several days doing nothing poolside or on the beach and could enjoy making a meal in the condo and relax on the balcony. Sandra makes it so easy to come and enjoy my favorite island.....Puerto Rico!! Been coming for over 15 years and enjoy it more every time! Thank you, Sandra!!

This condo was all that is depicted in the listing. If you love the beach this is a great choice. The view from balcony is better than the pictures show and its just a short walk to the beach. Close enough to everything the Wyndham resort has to offer but still a bit more private and less crowded. We had a few issues with some appliances but nothing that distracted from our stay. Sandra was very attentive and is a great communicator and recommended some great places to eat. You will not go wrong with this condo.

We loved our stay at this villa which is part of the Wyndham Rio Mar property. It’s a short walk to the resort, restaurants and casino. The unit itself was adequate but in need of a refresh which Sandra told us she has planned in the fall. The bed was the worst part of the stay which was disappointing. It is either very old or very inexpensive and definitely needs an upgrade — or at least a mattress pad for comfort.The kitchen had most of what we needed. Other than that Sandra was very responsive to our needs. Location is great. Good jumping off point for lots of activities and close to San Juan. Great restaurants nearby as well.

The property manager was amazing deal with. The property was absolutely breathtaking with views that are to die for! Everything and anything you can think you would need was provided for you at this property! I strongly recommend!!! I will be back!

The view from the balcony is even better than the pictures! The condo is comfortable, great location, and had everything we needed. The beach is only steps away from the property and at the time of year we went (April) it wasn't crowded at all. Perfect starting point for exploring the east side of the island and very close to the rainforest. We had a wonderful time.

The pictures do not do the place justice. The location is perfect and Sandra is an exceptional host. She had everything we needed and also was available for any questions or concerns. We already booked for next year and are looking forward to it!

Beautiful property, quiet and relaxing. Sandra is a great host, always easily accessible. Property is close to El Yunque Rainforest, Fajardo and Luquillo.

This was our second time staying at this villa and we still love it. It is very comfortable and has an awesome view. We spend a lot of time on the beach and were happy to see that the beach loungers are available again. The villa is well stocked with dishes, pans, paper products, pantry items, soaps, etc. making it easy to cook meals vs. eating out every night. We are returning again next year. Thanks Sandra!

From the moment we entered the gate, everything was perfect. The property is absolutely beautiful. Many hours are spent to keep it that way. The staff.. all of them… are polite and welcoming. The condo is beautiful, well stocked and immaculate. As a golfer. My husband loved the ability to play and to practice as often as he wanted to. There are many local restaurants to choose from as well as those at the hotel. And … it was quiet and safe! We always felt safe walking back from the hotel at night which is a major issue for seniors. Just a perfect vacation ❤️

We touring Auburn University, and this location is 2 miles from campus. The unit is very clean and has great space for everyone. 2 bedrooms and a jack and Jill bathroom upstairs. 1 bedroom and bath downstairs, kitchen is fully equipped for all needs. I would stay here again. Wendy the owner, was great as we had some weather concerns. She was more than willing to work with us. This was my first time with VRBO, and it was a great experience.

Perfect location. Looking out over pools, beach, and the ocean. The unit has plenty of space for a couple and everything needed. Property manager was very helpful.

Spent a week here to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday. Unit was perfect and the property beautiful. Ocean Villa staff always friendly. Favorite restaurant at Rio Mar was Iquanas at the club house. Had dinner there three nights, our waitress Delila was amazing and even made my wife a birthday cake. Maria the bartender was great and we enjoyed several nights just sitting at the bar talking with her and some of the staff.

We had the most amazing vacation at the Ocean Villas!! The property was clean and spacious! The Wyndham hotel was beautiful next door walking distance and we used the amenities which were beautiful!! The pools and hot tub at the Ocean Villas was always clean! Sandra our host was perfect at giving us all the information we need for our stay!! We had everything we needed in the Villa including beach towels and beach chairs! The TV in the living room Has everything including Netflix and Amazon for relaxing evenings! The beach is absolutely gorgeous!! This was our first time to Puerto Rico!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandra's place. It was a very comfortable condo with a beautiful balcony and view. We were allowed to use the Wyndham hotel's facilities (except the pools), restaurants and bars. The Uber ride to Rio Grande, Fajardo or Luquillo was inexpensive and did not take more than 10 or 15 minutes. The condo is well equipped and Sandra was always available to answer questions or provide advice. Before our arrival Sandra sent us a lot of information on places to visit, eat, tour, shop, etc. The area around the condo is very quiet and relaxing and the beach is a few meters away. We highly recommend Sandra's condo!
