We were unable to stay due to water heater not functioning. Were offered another condo nowhere close to where we wanted to stay, so we ended up canceling the reservation.

Location was perfect for our stay downtown. Having a designated parking spot was a major plus. The process for getting access to the condo was a bit much having to meet someone for a tour, but it worked fine. The main issue we had was the breaker on the second floor tripped and flipping switches in the accessible circuit box was not fixing the problem. The central team responded quickly, but there was no response from the local team that afternoon/evening. We opened the window to cool it down and used phone flashlights to shower. Overall, it worked out, but I would have expected more of an effort to fix the issue when it was identified.

This condo was a great fit for 3 adults. The pullout couch is badly stained and should be replaced but we survived using it. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot. You can walk to all the major spots. Lots of great restaurants in the area. It is older and showing wear in the carpets especially but we were on the go nonstop and it served us well. We each had plenty of space. The underground parking was great! We needed lightbulbs replaced and it was easy to reach out and they were fixed in quickly.

Really wanted to give this place five stars but just can't. Simon, our greeter was wonderful and made sure we knew where everything was upon arrival. The location was central to everything, and we could walk everywhere. The ocean view from the balcony and dining area was a pleasant surprise. The unit was super clean but has some serious deferred maintenance. It has a window AC unit on both levels but you cannot run them at the same time because it keeps tripping the breaker. Most of the dining room chairs are broken down or have a broken leg. The living room chair also has a broken leg. Do not try and open the living room tv stand drawer because the face will come off in your hand. The carpets could use a deep clean from all the usage. Everything else was amazing! It's a rental!

We had 2 seniors, 2 adults, and 1 child staying here for a 2 night pre cruise stay. Our flight was landing at noon and we tried to ask about early checkin and were originally told it was not possible the day before our arrival. I asked again during our flight and found that it was indeed available for us.
The unit needs some repairs and deep cleaning. Drawers were falling apart, the strike plate was missing from the main door, and the mattress on the pull out catch looked very sketchy. We also had no sheets for the pull out bed and had to text our greeter, who contacted someone that dropped them off around 10PM the first night. We were already asleep at that time. We had found a comforter that our daughter used and did not pull the bed fully out.
Speaking of which, even if the mattress was clean and usable, there was no space to pull it out. The round coffee table is in the way and there's no real place to put it to do so.
The blinds do not block any light in the living room, so our daughter not only was uncomfortable the first night, but she couldn't sleep because of all the light in the room. We ended up using the cushions from the couch and making her a bed upstairs in the walk in closet.
Speaking of the upstairs, I would not have anyone with stair issues sleep up there. The stairs are very, VERY narrow. I nearly feel a few times.
Bottom line is that if you are just looking for a place to sleep that is close to attractions, go for it.

The location of this condo is great for walking to everything. Parking included in the garage is a wonderful feature! Besides those two things, I am unable to report anything encouraging or uplifting regarding our experience with Vacasa staff, our check in experience, the cleanliness, or the amenities of this particular condo.

What a find! Right downtown, walkable to the waterfront/Pike Place and Seattle Center, in addition to many good restaurants and shopping. Wonderful to have parking included and easy access to a pool. Great views to enjoy the beauty of the city and sound from the balcony or the rooftop deck. A gem—we’ll be back!

Pictures are not accurate, beds and sheets were stained and not cleaned. The whole place was stuffy, dusty and dirty. We cleaned the sheets when we got there. Plumbing is awful, toleit was not working and shower was terrible. Location was the only good thing

Flys out to Seattle to meet up with my son and take him to a Bruins/Kraken game. Bruins didn't win, but we felt like winners once we arrived back in our rental property. They take extra precaution to insure the safely and security of residents as well. Google recommend if staying in Seattle. Walking distance to nearly everything a tourist would want as well.

This is a nice cozy home. It has most of what you will need for day to day living, pit, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, drinking glass, coffee cups and coffe maker. If you plan to swim bring some extra towels so you don't have to use the 6 bath towels that are in the home. The security for this building is great. The location is fantastic for pike's market, the space needle and downtown atmosphere. There is a decent view of the bay from the balcony. Everyone we encountered in the building was friendly and social. The beds were comfortable and bedding was nice. We took our yukon xl and it fit, just barely. Overall I would bring my family back to this home in a heart beat.

Apartment was in a perfect location—10-15 min from many Seattle sites, near great restaurants, and easy access to public transport. The amenities—parking spot, pool/spa, fitness center were awesome. And the place itself was great. As other reviews have stated, some of the furniture was a bit worn and carpets stained, but overall, it was a fantastic place at a great rate. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay! The location was great for our girls trip. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Our only issue was with the AC’s. With it being the Pacific Northwest AC’s are more often temporary units. This in itself is fine, however it was an issue for our group as one of the AC units exhaust tube was not properly attached and therefore not venting. The upstairs room for some of our party was very warm. We were thankful we came to Seattle in the fall. Otherwise, the property and it’s access is quite nice. Honestly, 5 stars had the AC’s worked properly and if the type of AC been noted in the listing.

I was very disappointed in this booking. The unit appears to need a deep clean and is not equipped with the appropriate linens.
The main floor bedroom only has decorative pillows on the bed. I did find additional pillows in the closet but there weren't any pillow cases. The quality of the bedding and pillows is unacceptable. There isn't any storage in this bedroom and the closet is overtaken by random pillows and bedding.
There aren't enough towels in this unit. A total of six bath towels for four guests is unacceptable.
In general, the unit has an odor and the carpet is very dirty. The furniture is uncomfortable and I regret booking this property.
My feedback is consistent with feedback left on this unit within the last 9 months! It appears management of this property is not concerned about the cleanliness of this unit or guests being comfortable and supplied with basic amenities.

I am going to start off by saying the condo area is super clean. The apartment was clean but to be honest it was runs down.
FURNISHINGS
We joked about how it was furnished by left over furniture from a rent a center lol! It was rode hard and put up wet! The pictures look good but the drawers isn’t he living room are messed up, the main bed down stairs is broken to where if you lay on the edge you will roll off. There wasn’t a piece of furniture that wasn’t dinged and scratched to bell and back! The pictures look great online, not the same as when ur actually in the condo. Carpet is stained and lumpy :(

you are in the middle of everything!!! Like everything! Space needle in one direction and the pike market in the other. It is 1/2 mile to the pikes market!
SAFETY
Oh the homeless… it never stops! I will say this block pays a hired security firm to patrol the block and keep all the homes less away, which was super awesome! Once u leave the block ur on ur own lol don’t be shocked by people using the walls and ground as a toilet… in front of u! The good news is you can smell them before u get to them so u can prep yourself! This I don’t blame the rental on but I thought you would want to know!

Property is in a great location, in the middle between Pike Place Market & the Space Needle. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The home itself could use some work. There was only enough hot water for 2 showers. The grout in both bathrooms was moldy & the shower curtain liner downstairs was so long it took up half the tub. Furniture felt cheap & was not very comfortable. Pillows were flat. WiFi was good.

First, the positives. The property is beautiful and in a very convenient location. Next, the negatves. Cleanliness and upkeep were deplorable. Bed pillows were stained with sweat and blood. Upstairs mattress had no mattress cover. Refrigerator and pendant lights were coated in dust. Hair stuck to the shower wall and in the bathroom sink. Upstairs shower did not drain efficiently. Upstairs TV would not fuction correctly. Downstairs shower curtain liner was two feet too long. Front of the drawer on the living room TV stand came off if the drawer was opened. At check-in, the beds were not madeand the sheets were still in the clothes dryer. Relatively positive the bed comforters had not been washed as they were balled up on the beds, and they would not fit in the washer or dryer. I have photos and video of all issues if needed.

House was absolutely filthy, not enough toilet paper in the bathrooms, laundry was left in the machines, decor was so ugly. The house being VERY DIRTY was the main problem- the carpet was filthy, there was dirt in the fridge, the shower curtains had mold, and the walls were covered in stains and smudges. Not worth the money- a hotel would be cleaner than this.

The amount of chlorine in the swimming pool and in the hot tub is unbearable. Burned my kids eyes!!!!! Only 3min in the water and they jumped out! Couldn’t stop crying. Red eyes and itchy sheen. Smell of chlorine is in the air and it’s heavy. It’s that bad! Whoever is in charge should be sued for that. It’s dangerous!

The building is very clean and secure. Wonderful location within a block of the crocodile walking distance to the piers and the needle in the other direction. The pool is 4 ft all the way around. Work out room was the equivalent of a hotel work out room. Lobby was always clean and plenty of security features. The apartment was nice when we walked in and the kitchen and downstairs were nice. When we walked in there was an electrical extension cord going up the stairs to a surge protector for the upstairs bedroom lights. None of the lights worked in the second floor. I immediately notified the check-in specialist that gave me the keys and I received a call that afternoon stating they would have someone to the apartment the next day at lunch. Well the next day came and went and no one showed up. I called Vacasa and they said someone would be notifying me and coming over the next day. Well finally after waiting around the morning of the third day and no one showing up I went through the house and found the breaker box and flipped the switch myself and turned on the lights upstairs. When the lights turned on I could finally see in the upstairs shower that there is mold starting to grow in the grout upstairs and that there is grout missing in the shower probably from years of wear. Further there is is a separation of the silicone caulking along the tub and what looked to be is mold growing along the edge of the silicone. I’m sure the maintenance needs to be done for the tub and the silicone trim, additionally the lights may need to be checked if the switch for the upstairs keeps flipping. What I sense is the company is overwhelmed and they have redundant people (I received several redundant emails from multiple different people about every step of the process even after completing processes) however the follow through and completion of the processes that the company has set up are not redundant as it took me multiple times to get my contract loaded, multiple times for getting them to talk to booking.com for the payment as they accused me of not paying, it took multiple calls for the lights and no one ever came to work on the lights the entire five days I stayed in the apartment. I noticed the CEO of vacasa just moved over two months ago so I imagine there is likely some growing pains and hopefully there will be adjustment on their procedures and follow through. Until then I won’t stay in another vacasa location. Hopefully the homeowner gets notified they have maintenance and the issues get fixed. I also noticed a couple of the vents needed to be cleaned on the Standing ACs and the vents for the heat and fan in the bathroom. For the most part those are spring cleaning type functions that need to be attended to. The location was convenient, and the bedrooms and the living space were cleaned and comfortable.
