I didnt like that we made the reservation and nothing was said about there being a blackout and we had to uber from the airport, costing $100. Then the uber charged another $50 to get back to the airport.

We didn’t even stay at the hotel as they canceled our reservation last second. I received a call about 40 mind out to go to their partner hotel because this one had no electricity and they sent us an address but when we got there they told us they were booked and then they told us that the reservation got canceled. Super bad experience, I was late to where I needed to be at.

I had a cockroach in my room the shower Lily🍲 didn’t have any water coming out of it. The walls have black and brown stuff on it. The sheets wasn’t clean. It has stain residue like if they couldn’t get the stains out. All the prostitutes and junkies sit around the hotel sneaking in.

The guy at the front desk had me pay him $20 to make an outbound call on his cell phone due to me needing to re-register my current phone with a new SIM card, he said I could only use the landline in the room that I had paid for to make phone calls to other rooms in the hotel, even if I wanted to try to pay for a call he said he would not allow it. He then demanded after me giving him the money to use his phone to leave a positive review, well here it is. Your hotel is horrendous, the last time I was there for the funeral of my uncle there was no AC. This time no elevators and how convenient it was for me to be on the fourth floor. This man was talking irrationally about the owners wife to me who doesn’t know that I do know the owner of the facility. If you have the extra $25 stay next-door La Quinta this place is garbage. They don’t have juice after breakfast hours, and I take that personally; the water they have for the cups in the lobby comes from the sink in the bathroom. The owner is a truly nice gentleman, and I typically don’t make posts like this! But I’ve bit my tongue until it has bled, don’t spend a nickel at this place. I’ve spent over $2000 to stay at their facility in the past month and a half due to a family emergency and work. My big question is, where is the juice?

The bed was soft and comfy. The bathroom lighting was perfect for me to do my hair and make up.

The ad said there was breakfast. At check in, it was not disclosed, breakfast was not being performed due to construction, They provided no breakfast, after the choice page said there was breakfast. The first morning, we went down for Breakfast
Nothing, I asked the front desk clerk, he said due to construction, no breakfast, I said it was included when I choose the property, he shrugged his shoulders. The hallways were draped with plastic sheets. There were tools and construction goo and dust everywhere on the first floor. We were put in 211 on second floor. There were homeless hidden in staircase, hallway, near elevator landing space. Dallas Police came and chased them away once. The TV choice of programing was local only, no movie channels at all. The plumbing backed up. At day 2-3 they shut down access to elevator, and unplugged the ice machine. Construction noise was constant during the day, started at 7am sharp. We came and we came and went inhaling construction produced dust. A construction worker asked us to limit our coming and going.

Honestly NOTHING
Beds were very wobbly - with no firm base so it was not supported properly. We had absolutely no heat. The firm alarm was continually going off (prob 6x during the middle of the night). Staff was slow and not helpful! I would tell people to STAY AWAY from this place.

They didn't have breakfast and the hallways are cold the elevator stopped working had to walk 4 flights of stairs the stairway was dirty had old food stuff like that on the stairs

My gps couldnt find it because it still came up as best western, there was no phone to call the desk, the covers had stains, the towels had dried blood on them, the card stopped working, etc

The value is really good though and quick access to I-35 which will get you to most places tourists like to see.
You get what you pay for. The area is a little sketchy, but you can't blame the hotel for the surrounding businesses and their patrons. The elevator smells like straight trash . The staff is okay, not great, but not bad either. The rooms are pretty clean. The pictures are accurate.This is a hotel you legit just go to for resting at night. Don't expect much more.

Shower
Housekeeper never came to my room for entire 4 nights. Although the site shows free breakfast, they don’t provide it at all. Some bottoms on the elevator do not work. Shampoos, conditioners, facial lotions are packed in extremely small bottles and they do not have enough numbers of alternative ones. Neither was towel. The glass on the wall are well-thumbed. The gym was out of service.

The place is full of prostitutes. You see them walking in and out of the hotel in thongs and see through garments. It smells like marijuana and cigarettes. Super dirty bathrooms it was just gross.

I was disappointed but the room itself looked ok but it seemed like they didn't change the sheets. They were dirty with spots on them.
Damn near Naked females were everywhere walking and the parking lot was packed and was scary. Prostitutes surrounding the hotel which made it seem nasty. Loud people beside my room which makes it hard to sleep.

Didn’t even stay, went in the check in and immediately got a bad feeling. Especially when you see a hooker come out of one of the lobby and get into a car. I read the reviews and months ago when i booked and those reviews were not on there. When i was waiting to get check in, I started to read and oh was I mortified!! Just read some of the comments
I almost put my family through that. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Honestly - the rooms weren’t THAT bad.
PROSTITUTION IS EVERYWHERE BY THIS HOTEL!!!!! The guy at the front took so long with my information i started feeling VERY uncomfortable- i didn’t even stay my whole booking. We went somewhere else.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I originally booked it as it was listed as a Best Western Plus, but before our date of arrival, I received an email stating the name had been changed. It feels unsafe the moment you walk in the door. The person working the front desk was not immediately present. My five year old daughter and I got stuck in the elevator three times and had to call for help. The reason I was given was "because of the heat and the elevator had to be reset." The booking promised breakfast- the dining room was dirty and there was a sign stating there was not food as the hotel was in a "transition period." The room was dirty, there were prostitutes walking around the lobby and other than one other vehicle in the parking lot, it seems to be almost abandoned. We were there less than 10 minutes and I made the decision to leave out of pure motherly instinct. Again, do not book this hotel or stay here. I have never felt more unsafe in my life and am thankful I left when I did. I did not get a refund and am extremely disappointed in my experience.

everything. The dirty room with blood stains on the carpet, brown stains on the walls, stains on the bed, dresser/counter/tables full of dust. HOOKER/prostitution going on ALL night throughout the whole hotel and parking lot. AND THE TV DIDNT EVEN WORK.

Breakfast wasn’t included and the hotel itself is nice but location was terrible. There was many prostitutes surrounding the hotel and pimps that disrespected us.
