They had running water. I didn't like anything else.

The front desk clerk didn't ask for any ID and he was in the back when we arrived. The lobby looked abandoned and very unclean. Our room was dirty, such as the soap was already opened and a used washcloth was in the bathroom. Our sheets looked dirty and the room was just old looking. We did speak to housekeeping and they came and changed the sheets, and cleaned the bathroom while we waited in the lobby. Another lady from the front desk came and asked us if we paid in cash. Wouldn't they have a record of that in their system. We booked online. This area was really shady and in a not so pleasant neighborhood. There were a lot of homeless people in the parking lot and in the area. We also saw people sleeping in their car in the parking lot. There is no security or breakfast, as advertised. I had to call the front desk multiple times before anyone would answer. We just needed the wifi password. The cable stations also didn't work.This is just a really run down area of town and I would not recommend anyone staying there.

it was a pleasant stay. Thank you all at the hotel for keeping a good place well kept. We got to bring our dogs with us to!! Love that!!! The rooms were nice. The bed was comfy the cable works wonderful I loved it. The perks of staying at a hotel is always breakfast. bring breakfast back some kind of prepackaged breakfast with some juices and coffee it would be pleasant. The building outside was nice. . The pool area was well kept. The vending machines were awesome. I had an ice cream vending machine on my floor first time I've ever seen that 👍❤️ The lights on the outside of the building we're not lit up. I do hope that you guys have the lights ordered it makes the hotel look so much more better.. it was pretty dark.

Pool was great could of been better taken care of but we still enjoyed it...the location was great for us lots of things to do and great places to eat within 20-30 mins

No breakfast but I understand with covid. The air conditioner could have worked better we would wake up sweating but then would be freezing...no ice machines worked no laundry available staff seemed to just be there no uniforms no u couldn't really tell if they worked there are were guests had to ask for toilet paper and towels we booked a room with 4 guests only two towels...stayed 3 days only saw house keeping on our floor one time shower curtain was worn out...also water pressure sucked but we was on the 4th floor...also alot of traffic outside at night people just hanging outside in halls etc...

I didn’t like that there was no more breakfast at 8:00! Also, I booked a pool view room but definitely did not have a pool view!

The room we stayed at the AC was not working at all. The door would not lock, there was hair in the bathroom. The shower would not drain at all. Felt extremely uncomfortable staying alone with 3 little kids and the doors not locking properly.

This was the worst hotel experience we've ever had. This hotel needs new management. When we went to the our assigned room, there was already someone in the room. We were then assigned a diferrent room, which had not been cleaned. We were finally given a clean, empty room on the third try. The next morning, our toilet clogged and we could not use it. 45 minutes after asking for it to be fixed, someone came with a plunger to get the toilet flowing. It was clear there was still a problem with the toile, so we called the desk again to have it fixed. No one ever came. We were without a toilet for the remaining 36 hours of our stay. Do NOT stay in this hotel.
