The price was great, the bed was comfortable and it’s close to the airport.
The shower was outdated and needed new molding and new trim. The powdered eggs for breakfast was so bad I had to throw it away. The door to the room had loose bits in the deadbolt.

They put on a free shuttle back and forth to airport , the staff were nice and friendly and accommodating, breakfast was good plenty of choices and waffles for you to make yourself.
Location not good nothing close enough we had to kill three hours before our flight , stayed in our room lucky enough to leave early so killed time at airport .

The location to the DFW
The leftover feminine product & hair I found in the bathroom after checking in. I then did a look around & found more bundles of hair in corners phone died or I would’ve had more pictures. I asked front desk for a loaner charger & out of a drawer full of bags of cords, boxes, sunglasses etc none was offered. Suggested to go to store somewhere I was unaware of to get what I needed with my 2 young children. I was quite disappointed to say the least. Tried the “scrambled eggs” again as I was here a month ago & they just don’t seem right.

We had to choose between two rooms: one with a bedsheet and towels full of stain and a used condom and a room without ac and full of cockroaches.

At 10:38 pm when I arrived to Dallas my luggage was lost
I called to the hotel for cancel
They didn’t it
I had to wait until my luggage show up
because I had my medicine there
The hotel did not cancel my booking !!!!!

The location was in a nice area
This property needs to be updated. It wasn’t The cleanest there were hair and dust in the corners of the bathroom. The linen was dingy and old could do for some updating.
The top covering needs replacing.

OK breakfast - transport quick when I finally got in touch with desk
On hold forever with Front Desk - somewhat understandable because of the situation at DFW Sunday nite. Perhaps implement a backup plan for busy times or have auto switch to an alternate number at the facility

Left too early to have breakfast. I was too tired to check outside my room. The complementary shuttle service. Driver was cordial and came in a timely manner.

Close to the airport and affordable for a less than 8 hour stay
Within 1 hr of laying on the bed had rashes and bites from possible exposure to bed bugs. Reached out to the front desk and manager who did not refund the stay even after immediately checking out. The hotel did not respond or refund the next day either. Horrible customer service, dirty rooms and not worth the trouble.

I liked the location. I like the room setup. Check-in was quick and easy.
I didn't like the smell. I didn't like the bed it was hard.

I arrived and went to get a taxi and was told there was a free shuttle. Looked up the number on Google and was sent to an automated system. After 3 calls finally reached a real person who put me back into the electronic que . Where I was disconnected, I called again a after a few minutes was told by a rude person from site, ' That's what you get for booking with a 3 party'' and was promtly hung up on. I ended up taking a taxi costing $26 for 2 miles. Horrible web site!!

Despite pictures in website Almost all weights in gym were missing. Staff was not helpful and borderline rude. Shuttle was not adequate in the sense that there were limited spaces - if I had not reserved our spaces earlier in the day we would have to paid extra for cab fare/Uber.
