Booked the hotel for around 400-500 INR but when I reached hotel the owner asked to pay 1000. I end up paying 1000 rs for 3rd class hotel.

very bad services ! totally different from the image and the staff were also not cooperative!

As per booking breakfast was in the package but facility didn't provide the breakfast and put rightly refused
The linens was not clean. TV was not working. Gyser was fitted however still there was no hot water in the shower. There was mosquito in the room. There was no all out. Only incese stick was provided which was suffocating since complete room was closed.

Location was good.
Nothing at all. I booked the room with balcony but they gave me some other room which has no balcony and the room and toilet was not clean at all. Finally they gave me another room which was better but the toilet pot was not clean. The staffs were not helpful.

Booking.com said “Breakfast Included” while booking hotel but property refused to serve breakfast. They finally agreed to serve breakfast after having an hour long argument. unfortunately, they served 2 slice of bread toast and a cup of tea the first day and on second day they served maggie noodles for breakfast. For reminder of 8 night stay, we bought our own breakfast from outside.

The staff was horrible. No politeness in conversations. The checkin process took almost an hour. The staff told us they do not comply with information provided in the site. I booked triple occupancy rooms from the site but staff told us they do not have triple occupancy rooms. They then charged us extra ₹2000 for accommodations.
