Physically close to many convenient places but directly on edsa. Low priced (and low quality) place. Dishes and kitchenware good, fridge, microwave and tv work with Netflix. Alfamart downstairs and mercury drug 30m away. Staff was helpful and responsive when I needed to change rooms but refused refund for early checkout. I had booked two nights but preferred to leave after first night. Since I had prepaid I tried a different room the second night, that was marginally better but too noisy to sleep much as it was facing edsa.

Loud, crowded, cockroaches, uncomfortable beds in the two units where I stayed. One elevator malfunctioned and wait time for the other was 30 minutes one evening. Sketchy people with no real security. Foreigners may not feel safe here. Loud neighbors and 24-7 noise and traffic noise except on high floors in back. Elevator to high floors crowded and slow. The other side of EDSA just 50 meters away is another world.

Unit is clean and Internet is fast specially for people who are working from home. Host is nice and accommodating. Super comfy ng bed has a thick comforter and 4pillows are provided.and one more shanilyn provided drinking water. See you next time shanilyn

Very clean and VERY comfortable bed. I slept well and comfortably. Strong wifi connection is also great.

Trust worthy staff and management. Liked the feeling of being wanted. Felt safe. .. The place was very convenient to reach the international Airport..

A bit small. A few tiny coachroaches.... But the management was always responsive to correct it.
