Habitación espaciosa y limpia. Personal muy atento.
Faltaría poner más perchas y una balda para dejar las maletas.
En la piscina había unos niños que gritaban demasiado, pienso que el personal les debería haber llamado la atención.

Amazing place!
Staff are so friendly and welcoming
Hotel has a great pool, spacious rooms with comfy beds and really good showers
Breakfast is also great with a large range of local and western food

We stayed in the king room with pool view balcony, room/bathroom really spacious. There is Rain shower in bathroom.
Staff very friendly, if you go out for tours they will prepare cooling wet towel (was very hot when we were there). Breakfast: can choose from the menu from western to Asian breakfast.
Overall good stay we will definitely return.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hat einen sehr bei den Touren unterstützt. Das Hotel hat eine ruhige Lage und ist doch nah am Zentrum. Das Frühstück war gut und auch der Pool ist sehr sauber.

The best hotel we stayed during our stays in Asia, high standard, true 4*. The food was delicious, for breakfast we could choose one of many options together with drinks, and I am a picky eater, so believe me, it was great, you can always choose something. We ate once also a dinner in the hotel restaurant and also great food at good prices - cheaper than restaurants in the city center. Pool very nice, clean, warm temperature. We had a room without balcony and with windows without opening option, what was good for us, because we had no mosquito or any other animal in the room. I had bad experience in other hotels with ants, here no ants and no mosquito in the room, so highly appreciated. I saw there were also rooms with a balcony, so it is up to you what you prefer.
Bed very confortable, also pillows.
Usually I have some points but now I honestly dont have. Maybe drinking water refill would be appreciated in the hotel but we received 2 small bottles every day.

Obwohl ein Palace Hotel eher klein, hübsch eingerichtet und persönlich. Sehr nettes Personal und sauberer Pool. Gutes Frühstück, aber immer mit Kartoffeln und Salat, obwohl wir es nicht wünschten.

El alojamiento está ubicado en el lugar perfecto. En una zona tranquila, pero al mismo tiempo muy cerca, andando apenas en unos minutos al centro de la ciudad, a la parte de animación, y a los mercados.
El personal del Hotel, increíblemente amable, siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad, ayudándonos en cualquier duda y con una sonrisa siempre.

Me gustó la limpieza y tranquilidad del hotel, cerca del centro, nos gustó su balcón, el hotel tiene piscina aunque no la usamos le da un toque especial, el desayuno para nosotros estuvo muy bien, también nos prepararon desayuno para cuando fuimos a ver la salida del sol. Gracias.
Que no hubo buena comunicación para que nos recogieran en el aeropuerto, pero nos fuimos en bus y luego pedimos un tuc tuc y todo bien.

I had an amazing stay here! All the staff were super attentive and the hotel had everything I wanted really.
The location was great, conveniently only a short walk to the main hub of pub st, but in a quieter street.
The room itself had super comfortable beds, was very spacious and spotless.
Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from, from western to Asian and Khmer dishes. Outside of brekkie, the restaurant also had super tasty dinner options, again offering local and western.
Any of the services at the hotel, from the spa, restaurant to even the laundry service were fab, efficient and super reasonable in price.
The staff and service overall was a stand out.
Highly recommend staying here if in Siem Reap!

Tout est parfait, chambre spacieuse avec balcon avec douche et baignoire. Personnel très agréable au petit soin. Petit déjeuner très copieux et succulent. Hôtel bien placé dans une rue calme à 8 minutes à pied du centre. Je recommande grandement cet hôtel.

The staff is amazing! I loved this boutique hotel. The breakfast is 5 star and the tour drivers they selected for me were amazing. They have a nice pool and a spa that I recommend.

Hôtel tres beau, idéalement placé : au centre mais dans une rue très calme, à 2 pas de tout. Chambre tres confortable. Piscine agréable et ensoleillée. Bon petit dejeuner. Et surtout, personnel absolument adorable. On reviendra !
J’aurais préféré un petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet, ou au moins les boissons à dispo à volonté

All staff (Sinea in particular) were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Substantial choice of breakfast options. Had dinner one night and it was excellent and well priced. Spacious shower and good sized living area. Balcony was functional. Hotel Tuk Tuk driver/guide (Mr Pom) provided an excellent service and reasonable charges. In house massage was divine. Excellent restaurants within 50 metres; Thai Kitchen and Spoon.

Water in pool was a bit salty and we didn't like the bathtub outside

A nice and comfortable room and bed. The pool area is beautiful. The hotel staff is very polite, helpful and friendly. A tasty breakfast. I want to mention a really good took-took driver. His name is Sovann Kay. He speaks English well and told us interesting stories about some places in Siem Reap. Also was very attentive and gave us lots of advice.

The staff here were all kind and helpful. They were ready with cold towels and drinks when coming in after a long, hot day sightseeing. Any needs we had were addressed quickly and graciously. The pool is beautiful. Tables set up outside for outdoor dining were shaded and comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious. Location away from downtown area but it was 5 minute tuk tuk ride away. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance
The only complaint I have is the bed. It was too hard for my taste but that's just personal preference.

Everyone is very friendly here - the staff really make you feel good. Rooms are spacious and really nicely decorated - love the cambodian style. The pool area is peaceful and with a good atmosphere too and water is clean.
Best thing though is that the visit to Angkor Wat was arranged from the hotel. My driver mr. Som At was doing a great job, speaking english well and being informative answering any question.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Additionally, the breakfast was wonderful. Location was good, it was near the old market but in a quiet spot which was perfect to rest after the busy days.

The staff is more then nice! The rooms are clean and spacious, the design of the building is great! it is better then on the photos!! strongly recommend!
The breakfast portion was too small for me. I am 183cm 95kg male. But you can order extra or just grab something outside the hotel!
