Une maison merveilleuse - joliment rénovée et joliment meublée - dans l’un des seuls quartiers historiques de Charlotte, à quelques pas du centre-ville. À pied du centre-ville en 10 minutes, du stade Bank of America en 8 minutes, de 3rd Ward Park en 3 minutes et de Frazier Park en moins de 60 secondes. Le quartier a également un centre-ville animé avec de nombreux bars et restaurants populaires. Si vous avez besoin de plus d’espace, une suite in-law tout à fait privée est également disponible (voir mes autres annonces Airbnb). Ceci est une magnifique maison située à Wesley Heights - l'un des grands quartiers historiques de Charlotte. Il offre de hauts plafonds, des tonnes de soleil, une cuisine et une salle de bains entièrement rénovées. La cour est également entièrement clôturée, avec un joli foyer en pierre (bois fourni!)et un joli patio / terrasse avec de nombreux sièges et un gril à gaz. La maison a 3 chambres à coucher, mais la grande chambre principale a 2 lits. Donc, il y a 4 lits queen dans la maison pour accueillir facilement 8 personnes. Il existe également un matelas de sol de rechange pouvant être utilisé pour les grands groupes. Il y a 2 salles de bain complètes et 1 salle d'eau à la maison. Les salles de bains sont entièrement mises à jour et rénovées. La salle de bain principale est très grande avec une douche et une baignoire. Vous aurez accès à toute la maison. Il y a aussi une suite de sous-officiers entièrement indépendante et entièrement privée au rez-de-chaussée (il y a une entrée séparée avec sa propre cour et une clôture pour la protection de la vie privée) qui peut être louée en même temps pour accueillir des groupes encore plus importants. vérifier la disponibilité si intéressé. Il y a une allée (une voiture) et de nombreuses places de parking gratuites devant la maison si nécessaire. Je suis disponible pour des questions ou de l'aide à tout moment. Contactez-moi autant ou aussi peu que vous le souhaitez :) Parce que vous êtes si près de la ville, vous pouvez souvent entendre les bruits de la ville (circulation, etc.) dans votre jardin. Cependant, l'intérieur de la maison est à 100% silencieux.

We were in town to see Creed at the PNC Music Pavilion for my son’s Senior Trip. Home was immaculate. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. There is also a very nice running/walking/biking trail nearby. Perfect way to take in the sites. Home has all the amenities you could possibly want or need. Would love to visit again if ever back in the area. Lovely home!

Very very clean home. Older home, nicely appointed with comfortable beds, nice kitchen and gathering areas. We didn’t spend too much time at the house but it was a great home base for paddling at the WWC. Felt very safe running from this location early in the AM to the little sugar creek greenway and beyond. Very close to good food, Whole Foods, downtown. Lots of interstate noise at night but we all still slept well. Nice front porch. Fire pit out back ready to go although we didn’t use it. Recommend!

Stayed with with our adult son, and two teenagers. The house was very clean, appeared as listed, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Can walk to so many places and there is so much to do within walking distance and close driving distance too. We will definitely be back!

House was beautiful and the location was fantastic. Having coffee pods available was a very nice touch. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch every morning. Beds were very comfortable and we walked to several venues and restaurants while we were there.

We were in town for a wedding in the city. The house was beautiful, clean and very close to downtown only 5 minutes to the wedding. The owners were very responsive and were able to fix a light issue within a couple hours. The check in and out process was a breeze and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone staying near downtown Charolette for a home like stay close to everything!

Note - home is very close to interstate. You can hear the traffic while sleeping at night. Odd at first but you get use to it. Beds were comfortable.

We walked over to the Ncaa game. Also walked to breakfast and lunch. We enjoyed the large house and great kitchen. We got in late so the Keurig coffee was nice to have. The beds and pillows all seemed new and very comfortable. There is a little noise from the interstate but i would stay again on our next trip to Charlotte.

We were in town for a wedding in downtown Charlotte. This house was conveniently located and we could have walked had we not been in gowns and heels! The house was immaculate upon our arrival and we had no issues gaining entrance to the home. Jason communicated with us in a timely manner from the pre-stay through the end. The only thing we felt lacking was the lack of televisions. There is only one tv. I think that should be prominent in the description. We are a sports tv family and it was football season!! That being said would rent again. Maybe just not during football season. 😀

Lovely and comfortable home close to downtown. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed and our host, Jason, did a wonderful job in communication and making sure we had everything we needed. Beds are comfortable; loved the walk-in shower. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Charlotte area.

We stayed here for the USC/UNC opening game at BOA stadium! The location was perfect! We walked to restaurants & the game. The neighborhood was great & everyone was friendly. The home is beautiful & very comfortable! We will be back!

We cooked and watched movies and truly enjoyed the beautiful house. Spent an early morning on the front porch and enjoying the nearby green belt. The only minor issue was that we could not really enjoy the back deck because of the nearby freeway noise but the front porch was quieter and very comfortable. Overall would LOVE to stay at the home again. Thank you!!

The house was cute and clean and the location was perfect. I requested information on the apartment below as it was mentioned in the description, the owner never responded. The apartment below had been rented and they were very loud and loud well beyond “quiet time”. Had we not able to hear them…….5 stars all around!

We rented this house for a week during Christmas for 5 adults. Nice kitchen with lots of amenities, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, plenty of room for us to hang out. Great location, nice neighborhood,. Nice deck and grill. Host is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place: well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and spacious but if you or others are light sleepers know this home is below the I-77 expressway. Deep sleepers won’t have a problem but others may even with the windows closed.

The stay was wonderful! My family and I enjoyed this spacious home. The check-in and out process was very easy. The host was very nice and responded quickly for any needs. It was very clean and organized. It was near uptown, so it was close to everything, such as restaurants and stores. When we come back to visit Charlotte, we'll definitely stay here again!

Girls' Weekend and Garth: Two Big Successes
Thank you so much for hosting 5 friends who've known each other since our freshman year (31 years ago). The location allowed us to easily walk home from the Garth Brooks concert on Friday night, and the home was so inviting, we just stayed in and cooked on Saturday--and laugh until our sides hurt.

Be careful when renting property.
The house was great and we were excited until we realize someone was staying in the basement. I knew there was a Mother-In-Law suite but I didn't know people would be renting it when we were there. That was not explained in the property information I received. I thought the Mother-In-Law suite for us if we needed extra space.

The property was as beautiful in person as the pictures listed. The check in process was seemless. Community with Jason was excellent, he gets back to you right away. I would definitely stay here every time I'm in Charlotte.

Excellent location near the city
This was by far the best rental house we've ever stayed in. Clean, nice neighborhood, very close to the city, quiet, comfy beds, amazing shower, and did I mention clean. Jason needs to write a 'how to' manual for anyone who wishes to rent their house out. We've stayed in many places and none met all of the aforementioned criteria.

Nice older home in with good access to the rest of town. Unfortunately, it backs up to a highway and the noise is fairly constant. Also had trouble controlling HVAC and never able to set it correctly.

Perfect our week in Charlotte
I traveled with my two small kids and my dad to come visit my sister in Charlotte! The house was very clean, Jason was quick to respond to any messages I sent and it was in a very nice and safe feeling neighborhood! Kitchen was stocked well enough for us to make a few family meals and there is also a BBQ and firepit with provided wood so we were able to enjoy the big backyard! We will definitely be renting again when we come to Charlotte next year!

Charming Craftsman Bungalow
Loved staying at this home. It was very clean and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Great size kitchen with every type of cooking implement you can think of. There are 2 dining areas and comfortable living room. Perfect setup for 3 couples. Comfortable beds with nice linens. I enjoyed the sound machine. Only improvement I can suggest is a new outdoor grill.

Great Location
This is an adorable home very close to uptown. Great communication with host and accurately described. The noise of the highway is heard inside the home, but after the first night we didn't notice it. The sound machines in each room was helpful. Coming from a very quiet neighbood we heard it more than others may not notice coming from bigger cities. The home is adorable and loved the decor. The towels were great and beds very comfy. We didn't have time to enjoy the backyard, but was large and had a firepit, and wood ready to go. Thanks for hosting.

The house was perfect size nice and roomy
Loved the house was so spacious and open, and park was steps away! Downfall was nothing for the children not even a box of crayons, also toaster was broken. Bad part was we were barbecuing for our son and new bride spent alot of money for food and the outdoor barbecue disintegrated with the food on it. We gave it a four because he took care of our needs but it cost us alot if mo ey on food we could not eat 😡

Perfection in Charlotte!
Beautifully decorated, spacious home filled w/ light. I cooked for family. The kitchen is beautiful & opens up to the living area! Beds were cozy and the home was spotless. Jason was quick to respond with answers about the area! Super close to bike/ walk trail that leads right into Charlotte. 10/10!
