Awesome home in a great location near center city!
Séjournez dans une magnifique résidence privée proche du centre-ville! Une maison du sud classique qui a été soigneusement rénovée et joliment meublée - dans le quartier le plus cool et le plus recherché de Charlotte. Une courte promenade à d'innombrables bars, restaurants et brasseries. À moins de 2 km du centre-ville, à proximité de toutes les principales autoroutes, dans un quartier magnifique, avec un véritable porche du sud. Vivez comme un habitant et restez dans une magnifique maison près de l’action. L'un des meilleurs Airbnb de la ville. Ceci est une magnifique maison située dans l'un des meilleurs quartiers de Charlotte. Il offre de hauts plafonds, des tonnes de soleil, une cuisine et une salle de bains entièrement rénovées. La cour a un beau patio / terrasse avec beaucoup de places assises et un gril à gaz. La maison dispose de 4 chambres, toutes avec des lits queen de haute qualité. Il peut facilement accueillir 8 personnes. Il y a 2 salles de bain complètes à la maison. Récemment modelé et super propre. Vous aurez accès à toute la maison. Il y a une grande allée (4-5 voitures) et beaucoup de places de stationnement gratuites dans la rue devant la maison si nécessaire. Avant votre arrivée, vous recevrez un code unique à 4 chiffres qui ouvre la porte d'entrée :) Je suis disponible pour des questions ou de l'aide à tout moment. Contactez-moi autant ou aussi peu que vous le souhaitez :) L'un des quartiers les plus amusants et les mieux situés de toute la ville. Vous serez à proximité de tout et à quelques pas du centre-ville, Plaza Midwood - l'un des meilleurs lieux de la vie nocturne de Charlotte. À moins d'un kilomètre du centre-ville, avec un accès facile à tout ce que Charlotte a à offrir. Marcher, Uber, conduire, louer un scooter ou louer un vélo. Des tonnes d'options. C'est vraiment un super quartier avec toutes les commodités de la vie en centre-ville :)

I booked this property last minute due to a change in travel plans and I am SO glad I did! The property was extremely charming and it truly felt like a home away from home. I had never stayed in that part of Charlotte before so I was a little nervous, but it felt safe, the street was quiet, and it was just a quick drive to downtown. All in all, it was a lovely stay and I wish it would have been longer than just one night!!

Don’t hesitate to book this craftsman cottage! It’s a convenient location to the mall, the Charlotte Motor Speedway, and the downtown area, and yet, it was such a quaint area. We were even walking distance from a coffee shop. The girls enjoyed riding their scooters on the sidewalk, rocking on the front porch, and lounging in the living room. The beds were extremely comfortable and made for a restful night of sleep. Thank you so much for hosting us! We will be back!

Where do I begin? I have stayed at various locations while traveling, but this one stands out. From the moment we stepped into this VBRO, it felt like we won the vacation home lottery! Firstly, a big shoutout for the cleanliness and comfort - 5 stars aren't enough!
Now, let's talk about those beds. I've slept on clouds less comfy than those mattresses! I half-expected a fairy tale character to knock on the door and ask if they could have their magical bed back.
The ample towels and linens made us feel like royalty. And that coffee? I think it's brewed from magic beans or something because each morning felt enchanted.
Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable with these delightful touches. If you're reading this and considering booking, don't think twice. You'll thank me later!
I almost forgot, but the host's customer service and response time were exceptional. I asked a ton of questions. Yet, every single reply was professional, polite, and quickly addressed.

My family loved this house! Wonderful location close to shops, restaurants and downtown Charlotte. The kitchen was fully stocked - there was even an electric kettle (very important for British people like myself so we can make tea!). The house was clean - soft bedding and lots of fluffy towels. Off street parking and a lovely porch for relaxing. This really is a gem and I would definitely stay here again. Absolutely deserves five star ratings.

Four of us rented this house while we were in town for Memorial Day weekend. It was exactly as advertised. Very clean house in a hip, safe neighborhood. Close to breweries, eateries, etc. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again if we're ever in Charlotte.

Enjoyed the location of this cute house. We could walk to several restaurants and the ice cream shop! Was a good starting point for us for going to Carowinds and the US National Whitewater center. Loved the set up of the home, with 2 bedrooms for the kids on one side.

We LOVED this property. The home is absolutely charming! We loved the layout, style and decor. The home was super clean and even smelled good when we arrived. The location couldn’t be better. It’s just a mile outside of city of Charlotte but also walking distance to some great breweries, restaurants and shops. I worked in the area during the week while my kids homeschooled. The home was set up perfectly for what we needed it for. Jason and Alexis were both very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. Everything we needed was provided for us and the check-in and check-out process was a dream. We can’t wait to return!

House was really cute, clean and nicely decorated. It is close to downtown and near several restaurants and shops. The beds were also very comfortable. The only con for us was there was only one TV in the whole house. Our teenagers would’ve enjoyed having their own to watch. If ever in Charlotte, I would definitely rent again.

Great location - house is in poor shape
If you are looking for a great location, nice little neighborhood, and inexpensive price then this is a good place. But understand, you get what you pay for. The home is in poor shape with a lighting fixture dangling from the ceiling, random microwave sitting on the kitchen floor, door knob to master bath doesn’t work correctly so our guests would get locked in the bathroom (funny thinking about it now I guess, but annoying at the time), 4th bedroom is really an office. Just a poorly maintained and unprofessionally updated craftsman.
So if you are looking for something “nostalgic” then I think you’ll be fine. But if you think you found a “deal” you didn’t.

Wonderful Quick Weekend Away
Our group was only in Charlotte for a long weekend and this property fit the bill perfectly. The location was ideal, providing lots of restaurants and micro-breweries within walking distance. The bedrooms were amply sized and the kitchen, dining and living rooms provided comfortable spaces to gather as a group. You might want to bring some of your own cooking supplies if you want to be aggressive in the kitchen, but if you are making simple meals, the onsite items provided are adequate. The host was quick to respond and bent over backwards to accommodate all our needs. Overall, this is a great property! Highly recommended!

Perfect location for fun!
This beautiful home and location was more than awesome! Wonderful restaurants coffee houses were within walking distance of the property. Being able to see beautiful downtown Charlotte through the oak trees was amazing at night all lit up we absolutely loved it! It was a peaceful, quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown Charlotte and highways. And I and my family agree that the beds are the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in at a house that I’ve rented!! We had everything we needed and more and the house beautifully decorated, very clean and welcoming ; we just loved it!! We will definitely want to stay here again when we go back to Charlotte!

Great porch, quiet neighborhood
The house is in a very nice neighborhood, it has a great private deck in back and a large covered porch, the beds are memory foam(all 4) and comfortable. The property manager is easy to contact and responded quickly. We had issues with the ice maker and water from the refrigerator, couldn't get either to work. Also we couldn't get the dish washer to work to do the dishes at check out. The bushes on the side of the driveway need a trimming. I wanted to pull all the way into the driveway but didn't want to risk scratching the car so we had to park at the beginning of the driveway partially on the sidewalk.

Good location - house needs attention
I am quite familiar with this neighborhood because our daughter use to live a few blocks away. Knew the home was old but had updates. Was surprised how many things were in bad repair or not paid attention to: light bulbs were out (over bathroom sink, dining room table and main room chandelier - so many bulbs out it provided very poor lighting), no hot water in our shower, our bathroom toilet paper holder broken so toilet paper hung from the side bar and kitchen barely equipped. Said there was a coffee maker but instead it was a Keurig which is not what a true coffee drinker prefers.
Furniture very minimalistic and not comfortable. Dirty linen bag from previous renters left on the front porch for two days as well as a box for delivery.
Towels were paper thin and ridiculously tiny bars of soap. Would not rent again...we have rented two other homes on VRBO when we visit and this was not worth renting again.

Cute house with great location
We stayed at this property with my adult children and needed 4 bedrooms and a location close to downtown Charlotte. The house was super cute, clean and very comfortable. We used the grill and very much enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay in this remodeled older home. Classic style, soothing colors, open, inviting, clean lines. Comfortable bedding, great water pressure, wonderful artwork, spacious for two people. Love the porch. Jason responded promptly to all questions. Obvious care went into the design and renovation. Quiet neighborhood.

My family and I had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the house. You can’t beat having the porch for morning coffee or the dining room dinner and games. The house is close to great coffee shops and restaurants and the neighborhood is very quiet.

Jason was quick to respond. This property is a 4 bedroom and 2 bath house. Beds are amazing. We slept well. The kitchen is large. The Den has a TV. The front porch is a perfect place to unwind. The location is close to everything. Loved this property!!

Wedding Week!
Our family stayed here during our daughters wedding! The location was perfect. The house was accommodating and served our needs during this fun week! The porch was great to relax on and neighbors walk their dogs, and say good morning as they pass!
My only suggestion is to add more furniture to the porch, so more can enjoy together!
