We have stayed at formerly Phoenix West ll since it opened. This property was nowhere near the quality of the others we have rented for less through Brett Robinson. The beds were worn out & so was living furniture. No sheets for foldout bed . No coasters, wobbly end tables. Not worth the money.

Everything was great. Condo was very clean and spacious. It was beautifully decorated. Access to the beach was convenient. My only negative comment deals with the parking passes. I read that is was 20$ but it was actually 60$ per vehicle. No big deal but I wish we would’ve known before. Overall it was a great trip!

We were taken away with the lovely condo and the view of the ocean. Everything looked clean and shiny so I not do my usual inspection of the linens and baths. Unfortunately, I made a huge mistake by notdoing so because after pulling ghe linen back, we found some nasty looking yellowish brown stains that we thought looked like crap on his side of the bed. You cant imagine our shock at having seen this. Upon examjnation of the bedding we noticed other signs of unclean sheets. At our checkout we were asked to not strip the beds but in all good faith I could not take the chance that someone else might sleep on filthy linen so I stripped the beds leaving it on the bed.
I reported this mishap to Kristen who did not respond so I got in contact with a second person Ashley who got the ball rolling. The house keeping person came in and changed all the linens even the ones in the other two bedrooms as our other guests had not arrived and to be on the safe side they wanted to make sure everything was up to par. Unfortunately our guests arrived before the person finished making the beds but at least we were certain they were all clean.
The first day of our stay the indoor pool was closed and we were promised a $50.00 adjustment on our bill which was never applied.
I did hear from the owner of the property who did not follow through on her promises. Beyond all of this it is a nice condo, all and all, but make sure you check everything out before you use it, just in case.

Great location, lovely condo, all as advertised. The only issue we experienced was during the checkout process, the code for our door was changed prematurely, and it took a good half hour to contact the rental company to get the code so we could finish. The vacation ended on a sour note as a result. A shame, really.

First time to stay on the 25th floor and LOVED it! The condo was as pictured and very clean. Not one negative remark to be said about it. Great facility, Phoenix West II, and close to trail head for great biking and running. Will be back next year and want to stay in this same condo:)

This was the perfect place for our girls trip. So spacious four our group of 6 and had all the amenities! Beautiful beach views! Will come back next year for sure!!

It was an absolute dream staying there. The place was so beautiful and clean. It was well equipped with all necessities. Check in and check out process was so easy and quick. I would definitely recommend this place!!!!

This unit on the 25th floor was absolutely amazing. The condo was well maintained and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the cookware that we needed. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there. My only complaint was that there was a little mildew in the master shower. The amenities at Phoenix West II are top notch. We will definitely request this unit again on our next visit to the beach!

Condo is beautiful with breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. Plenty of room for a big family. We had a party of five and had more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. So close to all the popular restaurants and attractions.

Loved the view from the 25th floor, very roomy, comfortable and clean for our group of 6 adults. Extremely easy check-in and response time for a few very minor issues. Only suggestion we have is the kitchen could use more dishes, mixing bowls and utensils. A good large frying pan would be a plus in addition to a pizza pan and cookie sheets. We didn't have any long waits for the elevators which was a plus as well. 2nd time staying at this property.

Furniture delivery made during our stay which I feel was very unprofessional and extremely dangerous in this day and time.
We were not told in advance of the $70 parking fee and only 2 vehs per unit. Only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels. I was not prepared to pack like we were going camping! Other than that we loved the condo and the grounds.

We have previously stayed at the sister property but saw all thisbone had to offer and had to stay here. Little one enjoyed the splash pad and its super close to the beach. Will stay again

Phoenix West II in July
The condo unit was very nice; clean and exactly as described. The check-in and checkout process was easy. The only complaint are the elevators, which were horrible! 6 elevators for a 31 floor building which was full is not enough! ALWAYS a wait to get on/off and everyone trying to check in at the same time and take their belongings to their rental unit was horrible.

Amazing view
We had such a great trip, and LOVED the property. The beach access could not have been any better, and the view from our balcony was amazing. The condo had plenty of space for our two families (4 adults and 4 kids). Highly recommend, and will certainly consider renting this room again!

Perfect weather and beach
The condo was nice. But I probably will not rent here again because of the elevators. They were really bad. Lines to get on them. Had to wait 1/2 hour to 1 hour several times. I even walked up 25 floors instead of waiting once.

The condo was great. It was spacious and clean. The view was awesome. We saw a couple sharks and many rays from that high. The owner even let us check-in a couple hours early since the unit was ready. We had a great time.

Spring Break Family Fabulous!!
We stayed here for our first Family Spring Break trip! The condo is gorgeous and so so clean!! The hospitality of everyone in the area was wonderful!! We did have a couple of bad weather days and our family had a blast with other activities at the complex like shuffleboard, ping-pong, family workouts and sauna time, as well as hot tub time together! It was cold at night and too cold for our family in the outdoor pools but we enjoyed the beach a lot! The condo is well stocked with all that you need to cook! Our daughter has severe food related allergies so we planned to cook most of the days! The only slight drawbacks for us were the parking garage being very tight and the roof under construction during our stay. Also, the ice machine is very noisy and woke us up at night several times. A great family Spring Break trip for our family overall!

Fabulous Condo
Everything about the condo was nice. It was spacious and had the level of finishes that make a space you want to be in. 25th floor can be a bit disconcerting, but the balcony was great and the view amazing. The only things I didn't like were the lack of spices/S&P etc, and hand soap, but I suppose those are COVID related changes. Have already recommended this property to coworkers and friends.

Perfect Family Getaway
This property is beautiful. The main living area works so well for larger groups and we all truly felt like we were in our own home. That really tells you something when you are staying somewhere else and feel like you can just settle in.
All rooms were wonderful with their own bathrooms which allowed privacy for everyone. You can tell the home is cared for which was really important to us.
Kitchen had plenty of cookware, utensils and bakeware to making cooking for adults and kids a breeze. Simple things like the ice maker in the bar made a huge impact. We loved being able to do our laundry which works well for families with children.
The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Being that high up, so close to the water is something you need to experience for yourself. We were fortunate to see many stingrays and dolphins during our stay.
Access to the inside pool and hot tubs was a quick few steps off of the elevator and they were open until 11 pm! That, for me, is unheard of. Our kids shut down that pool many days.
The beach access was very easy, and fast. The beach itself is just beautiful. Nice sand, nicely maintained area.
My family and I felt save here, would absolutely go again.

Spacious and Great View
We had two families (2 adults, 2 kids each family) stay in this condo - plenty of room. 4 full baths, can't beat that! Very spacious layout. Had all items we needed to cook a variety of meals. Being on the 25th floor I was worried we'd be waiting for elevators a lot; never an issue. Had 6 bays and all worked while we were there. We did have to wait for a cart to load items on when we arrived but not for long. Beach, pool, lazy river, slide are all right there. We used the indoor pool and hot tubs as well. Check in and out were simple. We were even able to check in a few hours early, as for we arrived earlier then anticipated. We had one morning with no water in the unit (most of the building as well) due to an emergency sewer replacement, but was able to communicate all this with the manager. It was handled as best as possible. Did not ruin our morning or stay. We can't wait to plan another trip back, will definitely stay at this property again. Thanks for being a great host!

Best of Orange Beach
We’ve been coming to Orange Beach and staying at Phoenix properties for 10 years. This condo in PWII was the BEST one yet. Communication from the hosts was wonderful! The condo was the cleanest of any we have stayed in and beautifully appointed. The colors and decor were beachy without being cheesy. The balcony/patio was extra large with a wonderful 6 person table and sectional to lounge on. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice,,spacious condo
We really liked our stay at Phoenix west 2! The beach is awesome and the water is warm. The condo is spacious and it was nice to have an extra bathroom. During our stay the elevators operated efficiently. I do have a few criticisms of this property however. The shower curtain in one bathroom was moldy. The refrigerator light was out and the ice maker needed repair. Also, the outdoor cushions needed to be replaced. Overall, it is a nice condo.

Beautiful view! Nice amenities!
We loved Phoenix West 2 it was beautiful and the amenities are spot on. Appreciate the guards and staff also. We felt safe and secure and the condo was very nice. The refrigerator light was out and a few other things we notified management and they sent someone but didn’t get everything resolved was our only issue.
