Note that Seven Mile Beach currently has very little beach area left, probably due to storms, and not aware of any plans to replenish it.

Two adults stayed in this lovely condo for spring break 2024. The kitchen is well-outfitted, the bedrooms are roomy, and having two bathrooms is a wonderful treat. I would stay on this property again. The only "surprise" was no beach front to swim on our property. We were often found in pool chairs overlooking the ocean, but no direct beach access.

This location was nice. It is located right next to the Marriott. The pictures are accurate. The unit has a full pool and sunset view. If I had a negative to share, it would be 7 mile beach is not longer. Not in this area. Another negative, there are no elevators, and it is a 3 story location. If staying a week and you need groceries, Kirks is just mintues to the north, be prepared to spend a lot of money for food, its expensive. (Whether you go out or get groceries) The security on property is pretty good about non-residents that try to pass through, are asked to leave. Beach towels and other linens are in this unit, along with all detergents. I would recommend this unit, it is on the 2nd floor, for any travelers, families, couples etc.

Read the description of the property VERY carefully. There is no beach at all whatsoever. None. The no refund policy is very clearly stated, so do not be fooled into paying a ton of money like we did and then have to rent a car to drive to a beach. After we had already booked I started seeing the reviews about there being no beach. I figured we would just sit in the chairs on the sea wall and then go into the water when we wanted. No such luck. If there are ANY waves, you can't go into the ocean at all because it is so rocky that you will just get thrashed against the rocks. Rent a place inland for a quarter of the price instead and drive to a beach like you will have to do if you stay here.
The unit itself is tired, the vanities in both bathrooms are chipping and need to be replaced. For that much money things should really be perfect. If this place were $250/night and had an accurate listing description - no beach, can't swim in the ocean here it would get a 5 star rating. The kitchen is well equipped, lots of cookware and dishes. It was really the only positive. The hotel next door was under construction the whole time we were there as well and we were woken every morning except Sunday by construction noise. It was absurdly expensive for a place where you cannot swim and there is zero beach.

Hi, if you are looking to take strolls on the beach and an updated unit I would look elsewhere. The units was clean and the area is safe but we were anticipating a better location and updated condo.

This was our 12th visit to Grand Cayman and have stayed at many properties on 7 mile beach. This was probably the worst property that we stayed at in our many times to the island
Owner seemed annoyed that we booked through VRBO rather than directly with them
Misinformation given to us through VRBO included no passcode for the lock on the entrance door to the unit, no beach, incorrect Wi-Fi passcode, icemaker did not work in the refrigerator, air-conditioning unit serviced while we were there without any prior notification that the service man was coming or authorized to enter the unit.
Pool water was cold.The “hot” tub was unheated.
One positive was that the security guards were very helpful and friendly. They were very effective at keeping the day trippers and the cruisers from entering the property. The other positive was that the cleaning staff were very helpful with our check-in and checkout process.

The overall experience at this location was nothing less than fantastic. The property was perfectly located and the place was very clean and fully stocked with amenities. My wife and I went with some friends of ours, and thoroughly enjoyed our visit at this location. There are multiple restaurants and stores within walking distance, but did find it quite nice to have rented a car. This granted us the opportunity to visit most of the island, and go to various different beaches. The water was crystal clear, making it a prime destination for snorkeling. The only disappointing part was the lack of beach at this location. There is a retaining wall that leads directly to the ocean, but there is virtually no beach and it’s pretty rocky so I reccomended brining some sort of water shoes if you plan to spend much time in the water. We were able to book the stingray encounter in addition to visiting the local caves. Both were a must see adding to the experience of this trip. The island felt incredibly safe, and would highly reccomended this for all couples but especially those with kids or families.

So fortunate to have wonderful family vacation time at Regal Beach Club. Perfect location close to several incredible restaurants and just a short walk to Camana Bay.
We played Pickleball every morning and then cooled off and enjoyed the amazing water all afternoon long.
Sadly almost no beach left but we are floated, swam and paddle-boarded up and down the coast. If we really wanted to play in the sand it was only 40-50 feet away.

This property is perfect for a family with children or a couple looking to have a spectacular getaway. The ocean and sunset views are just right. The only downside is the lack of beach, but walking pass the Coral Beach Grill (to the right of the property,) will make all your troubles disappear!! ❤️ We WILL definitely return. Oh and Carol (our host) was available and helpful when needed. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️s!

The condo was clean and well-appointed and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby and walking distance to Camana Bay. Plenty of pool and beach toys to keep the little one entertained. Would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed this property. It was very clean and in a great location. the self check-in was very easy. I only contacted the owner once before our stay began to confirm we were set for check-in and I received an immediate response. Everything was great once we arrived so I didn't need to contact the owner again, but I have no doubt I would have receive the same immediate response.

Have stayed at a couple of condos on seven mile beach, and this apartment and complex is very good. Close (adjacent) to the pool and sea. Communal gas bbq close by. Ample parking, and only a couple of minutes drive from Camana Bay shopping. Host was very welcoming. Recommended. Will be back next time with the family for our regular Cayman visit.

My family and I stayed at Regal Beach for 2 nights before heading to Rum Point for 5 nights. Regal beach condo was nice and check-in and out was super easy. We were running late and the property manager allowed a bit more time to check out. A nice property in the heart of 7 mile beach.

We truly enjoyed our time in Cayman. The condo was just as described. The grounds are beautiful and there is a security guard at all times. We walked everywhere and always felt safe. It is true the beach isn't that big, but even while we were there it looked to be getting better. The water is gorgeous, but bring some water shoes as there are rocks in the water. Also be ready for some sticker shock, food and alcohol cost more,
but it wont stop us from coming back!

The unit was very clean and well organized. The location is great with many good restaurants in walking distance. The only down side is the beach- it is small and very rocky. I recommend walking 10 minutes up the street to the public beach entrance where there is great sand and no rocks. Seven mile beach is very beautiful.

The condo was clean and had nice cooking amenities. The beds were comfy. Unfortunately the storms have left very little beach in front of the condos, and there is no no beach at all to the left and right of Regal Beach Resort.

We really enjoyed this condo. The big kitchen and open area, the patio. The view was amazing. We enjoyed the beach and pool. Loved having beach towels, coolers and snorkeling gear. There are so many things to do around there. We would recommend to anybody.

Unit 123 is nice and comfortable! However, the beach was a great disappointment. Five years ago, you were able sit on the beach with your beach chair and enjoy nature to its fullest. But now, there is hardly a beach to walk on and getting into the water was an uncomfortable experience. You have to navigate through small and large rocks to access the sea. So please bring your beach shoes. Other than that, it’s serene and relaxing.

Only minor issue is beach erosion occurring on this stretch of seven mile beach which led to a much smaller amount of sand than pictures show. Everything else was as depicted in listing. Condo was clean and perfect for our family of 4, in a great central location.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The one small downside was the beach front was narrow and it was a bit challenging to get to the wider beach area. However, that said, I would still stay here again!

We had a great getaway to this property on Grand Cayman! the view is incredible with such lovely blue water and beautiful sunsets.
The location is perfect with many restaurants and shops within walking distance and a lively restaurant with great food & live music right across the street.
My kids and I love that there is so much great snorkeling right from the beaches. We walked to the wreck of the gamma which is .6 miles away and was a great snorkel spot. And in front of the Marriot which is next door, we saw a lot of great fish and even a lovely sea turtle!

This was a perfect place for our group. The condo was very well equipped and had a great view. We cooked in a couple of nights and were able to walk to local restaurants a couple of other nights. We had one question and the owner quickly responded. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful condo right on 7 mile beach
Beautiful spacious 2 bedroom condo on 7 mile beach with unobstructed views of the pool and the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen, washer / dryer, 2 bathrooms, and lots of activities for kids. Easy walk to the grocery store, Camana Bay, and the restaurants at the Marriott Hotel. Tennis court also on property. Perfect location and easy set up for families. The staff and cleaning crew could not be kinder and more accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
