Flathead Lake Escape!
Notre maison est à Woods Bay, un endroit spécial situé sur le lac Flathead immaculé du nord-ouest du Montana. Les vues depuis le quai sont spectaculaires sur le lac et les montagnes environnantes. Le lac Flathead est le plus grand lac d'eau douce à l'ouest du Mississippi. Il couvre plus de 191 miles carrés avec des profondeurs de plus de 380 pieds et est l'un des lacs les plus propres au monde.
La ville de Bigfork est un endroit pittoresque et charmant. Des galeries d'art de classe mondiale, de bons restaurants, un parcours de golf de 27 trous, un théâtre en direct et des boutiques uniques se trouvent tous dans un cadre occidental pittoresque. Situés à proximité, le parc national des Glaciers, les zones Bob Marshall et Swan Wilderness regorgent d'animaux sauvages et offrent d'innombrables possibilités de loisirs aux amateurs de plein air. Even though the entire area lost power my first night there, it was a wonderful experience. The hosts were excellent at communication even without power. Very clean, had everything I needed and access to the beautiful rock beach across the street was the icing on the cake.

Great location. Super lake view. Facilities were good. Plenty of dishes, pots/pans, glassware, tableware, etc. Nice to have several places to eat within 2 minute walking distance. The sheer curtains in the living room are nice, but could also use privacy curtains. Nice couch and love seat, though they do sag where the back cushion meets the seat cushion. Would definitely consider staying here again if in the area.

We had a wonderful stay. The space was perfect for 2 people and was very well equipped with all amenities. The bed and couches were super comfortable and the lake views and access to the private dock were amazing. Also, very close by to a few great restaurants and pubs literally across the street! We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is fantastic – it's situated in a great spot on Flathead Lake with the dock and water easily accessible just across the street. The property itself is nicely equipped, clean, and incredibly comfortable. It has a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Additionally, there are plenty of fun places to eat and drink nearby, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Small but comfortable. Great view. Nicely decorated and comfortable bed. Beach/ pier access a plus. A bit noisy due to road and local restaurant/bar. Could use a fan in the bedroom.

We enjoyed our time reading and relaxing on the deck and with a quick walk across Hwy 35 down on the dock. The Swan Lake Nature Trail in Bigfork was delightful. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. Recommend the Bonfire restaurant. They had local live music on Saturday night, very enjoyable. The Echo Lake Cafe is well worth the trip for breakfast.The best Huevos Rancheros.

This property is clean and comfortable. Beautiful views of Flathead Lake. Close to a few places to eat and grab a refreshing drink. You are close to the HWY so you do have traffic noise. Over all it was a relaxing stay. The patio deck is perfect for a relaxing sunset evening.

This separate apartment (connected to the main house) is across the highway from Flathead Lake- with a private beach access. My husband and I enjoyed our 4 night stay with our 1.5 year old. The beach was wonderful, definitely a steep edge to the water. The place is right next to three different restaurants- our favorite was Bonfire. We found out that one of the bars does karaoke on Friday/ Saturday nights… it does get a little loud but nothing we couldn’t handle! The weather was perfect- 85 and sunny. The owners were very nice and Montana-friendly.

Property was clean and in great location. The view of the lake was awesome. We enjoyed the deck. It was nice having restaurants across the street. We were not there a lot but it was perfect for us, very cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Owners were great and responsive.

We enjoyed our two nights at this adorable Vrbo on lovely Flathead Lake. The views are amazing!! It was so nice being able to walk to restaurants right on the water after our long days of driving and hiking. We hope to be back someday and would stay here again.

View of the lake is lovely and access to the private dock is just a few steps across the street. The apartment is within walking distance to a handful of restaurants/bars, and the owners are really hospitable, generous, and friendly. Perfect spot for a fun time at the lake.

Very nice location
Our stay at Flathead lake was most enjoyable. The property was as advertised. The owners were very nice and and accommodating. Several places to eat are within walking distance and offered waterfront dining. Also a marina is a short drive for any water sports you may be interested in. The west glacier entrance is less than an hour away which is also nice.

Super view of Lake and great little beach and dock access across the road..
Just the right size for 2 to enjoy awesome views of Flathead Lake and to sit on a pebble beach with a dock and swim step across the road. The apartment is clean and inviting with a comfortable queen-sized bed and large closet along with a well-equipped kitchen.

Great little place near Bigfork
Tiny place, but perfect for one or two people. Communication with the host was perfect - they were very responsive to my questions; felt like they really cared everything went well. I was concerned there might be excessive traffic noise given that it's not far off the main road around the lake. It was absolutely quiet - and I'm admittedly overly sensitive to it. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Clean, well appointed and great view of Flathead.
We so enjoyed our time. Very clean, with everything one would need. The views are wonderful. The lake is right across Route 35 and so nice to access the beach and dock. It snowed which was beautiful and provided great pictures.

Lake Bliss
Very charming cottage with great lake views! We enjoyed our 3 days here, exploring the area and just hanging by the lake. The property was very clean, comfortable beds, nice kitchen set up for preparing meals. Very quiet and peaceful.

Woods Bay area
Very happy with the property! It had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay! Great location to explore the area and a short drive to Glacier National Park. Would definitely recommend this property! It served us perfectly!

Great location
The #1 aspect of this property was the location. We walked to dinner and looked out the bedroom window to the water! The interior was a bit drab and we felt the place was overpriced, but then again, if location and view matters most, this could be overlooked. There weren't a lot of other options when we booked so we were glad we found a place. The weather was rainy so we didn't get to enjoy the beach, but this property had access to a cute private beach area.

Cozy, comfy and beautiful view!
This rental was very clean and comfortable! Tastefully decorated with everything we needed. Joyce was an amazing host! Checked in periodically and made sure we had everything we needed. The private dock/beach we had access to across the road on flathead lake was just beautiful. We swam everyday and took advantage of sitting on the dock and the deck to take in the great view! Hiked a couple days in Glacier. Took in alot of local live Montana music. Great location for either walking or short drive to restaurants. Excellent stay! Hope to come back someday! Great View of Flathead Lake
The place overlooks Flathead Lake with access to their private beach and dock which is across the road. Enjoyed our dinner on the deck and later down by the water enjoying the sunset. Nice place and pleasant and friendly owners.

Anniversary getaway
Our stay at the lake house getaway was more than I could have ever imagined. The lake was gorgeous, with a sunset every night. The place was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Great stay in Bigfork!
My wife and I would recommend this property a million times over! The hosts are incredible, along with the view! Walking distance to couple cute local bars and access to their dock on the lake..we will be back!

Great location & accomodations
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Woods Bay! The apartment is about an hour from West Glacier, great for day trips to Glacier National Park, and we also enjoyed some time relaxing on Flathead lake. There is a grocery store close by, and the apartment had everything we needed to cook several meals while we were there. Joyce was very responsive and a great host.

Piece of Paradise

Perfect stay for couples
This is the perfect cottage for a couple, young or old. It has all the amenities needed for a stay on the lake. The dock is across the street from beautiful Flathead Lake. It's location is perfect. Perfect location; beautiful setting
This is a great property. It’s located on Flathead Lake with a perfect view and walking distance to several restaurants. It’s also a short drive to Glacier which is why we chose it. It was the perfect space for us with a great kitchen and a comfortable living area. The deck was positioned perfectly for evening sunsets. We will definitely stay here again!
