Updated Rare 4 Bedroom Clearbrook Condo
Condo à trois niveaux, quatre chambres et loft à Clearbrook. Entièrement mis à jour, y compris réfrigérateur à vin, nouvelle cuisine et plus encore. Tous les divertissements de la région de Lincoln: printemps, été et automne. Super vacances en famille dans les Montagnes Blanches. Beautiful condo in the White Mountains. Everything you could ask for except for the weather ;( Only thing we needed to get was dish washing things. Will definitely keep on our list for the next trip.

Even though the weather was not the best, we really enjoyed our stay at this rental in Lincoln. We had freinds stay with us and the layout worked great. Master bedroom upstairs, living and kitchen middle level and more bedrooms and second bathroom on the lower level. The lower level wasn't a basement at all and had a great view. The host was very responsive to all my questions. We plan on returning next year.

This was our second time staying at this rental and we had a fantastic time! The unit is perfect for our family of four (two adults and two kids under age 6) and a set of grandparents! Plenty of space for everyone and the perfect place to relax after a day of activities at Clark’s Bears, Loon Mountain, Bretton Woods and visiting the Mount Washington Hotel! Looking forward to coming back next year!

I booked this property hoping it was going to be big enough since we had 4 kids ages 7-13. We were very happy and had plenty of space to relax after a busy day. I love the layout and we all had a wonderful time.

This is our second time staying at this wonderful townhome in Lincoln. It is a great location just outside of Lincoln across from Loon and is exactly like the photos. Our family of 4 finds it to be a great home away from home for a 10 day stay. Has plenty of room and all the kitchen amenities we needed. We enjoy sitting on the deck listening to the rain on rainy days. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 4 nights here and had a great time with my family. Highly recommend. cellphone reception was very spotty so, few providers like AT&T might not work here.

Owner was awesome with communications. Place was a bit low on supplies like dishwashing tablets, toilet paper and the fireplace remote and tv remote required batteries which we were lucky enough to have brought. Main bed really comfortable, smaller queen down stairs not very comfortable. Fireplace is gas not real wood and the unit does not come with use of the pool. this was noted in the description but we didn't see it until a few days prior to our visit. Traffic was the worst we've seen in the area due to the holiday but the Octoberfest across the street was lots of fun at no cost except if you want beer and food.

Loved this location, so many great restaurants nearby like El Charro and One Love brewery. Loon is right across the street and this condo is pretty central to other white mountain attractions.
There is no a/c but we could only feel that on the day we checked in and the day we checked out.
Everything was clean. We enjoyed putting together one of their puzzles in the evening. They also have a variety of movies.
We would stay here again!

Property descriptions and owner communication from previous reviews are accurate. Party of 6 (mom, dad, kids 4 & 2, grandparents) stayed comfortably. Excellent central location to many activities, hikes, shopping, breweries. Equal driving distance to Story Land and Santa's Village. Highly recommend this property and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great place!
Wonderful spot! We brought our grandsons and it was close to Clark’s bears. The house was clean and well stocked with anything you would need. The layout was great as well. The host, Steve, was very responsive with any questions I had.

Excellent Place to Stay!
This property was centrally located to a lot of hiking and recreational activities in the area. The condo had everything we needed for the week, and was very comfortable. The owner was responsive and helpful. Lincoln was a nice town, and we were able to get just about everything we needed for the week there, including an emergency brake repair on a Saturday. The White Mountains are amazing with almost unlimited hiking options. Be aware that the condo does not have A/C, but we wouldn't have even used it for about 7 of the 9 days we were there. We would stay here again anytime and I would highly recommend this rental and area to anyone visiting the Whites!

Everything we could have wanted, and more! Easy to get to location, clean and spacious condo to accommodate our family vacation! Updated and comfy amenities! Hosts were immediate with any communication needed and condo was equipped with everything we needed! We would stay here again!

Wonderful Home
We stayed for 10 nights at this wonderful end unit townhome with our two kids (age 3 and 5). The home was clean, bright, and exactly as pictured. 5 minutes outside of downtown Lincoln and a perfect spot to spend the day in the Notch or drive across the Kancamagus. We appreciated the updated decor and having a nice place to relax and listen to the river after being out all day. Look forward to a future visit!

Great fall getaways
Loved this property! Close to everything, comfy beds ,awesome well stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated, very responsive host Steve! My adult kids loved it along with my 14 year old son, he had the bunk room , his own private man cave! Would love to come back!

Excellent vacation rental
We booked this property for a family vacation of 7. We are beyond satisfied with all of the amenities provided. Interior decoration of the condo is beautiful. The layout was perfect for us to enjoy our vacation together as well as have some privacy with the location of the bedrooms. The community is secure and peaceful, allowed us to enjoy the surrounding nature. Quick response from the owner when we reached out with questions. Strongly recommend this property.

Gorgeous place. Great location. You’ll love the rain shower.
Stayed here with my wife and 3 children, ages 13,10, and 5. My brother in law came up for a couple days with his 2 children, there was more then enough room for all of us. Location is 30 seconds from loon and you’re just outside the busy part of Lincoln, which we prefer. Overall 10/10 would stay here again.

Wonderful NH vacation property
Our family enjoyed the stay at this beautiful condo. Excellent communication and a very simple check in process. The property was in excellent condition and immaculately clean. Great location in Lincoln right off 112. Really glad this particular condo is very easy to access with a short walkway and railing for my senior parents. Will absolutely book this condo for future stays up north!

The condo is nicely furnished and has everything you need to enjoy a nice dinner or a cocktail on the balcony. Owners are very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Well equipped condo
Condo was well equipped with the things we needed for our stay. The condo is updated and nicely decorated. During our stay it was in the 90s. The condo was uncomfortably hot as it doesn’t have AC.. The fans in the condo were not at all effective in cooling. We opened the windows but not all had screens. Additionally, the cleaning staff didn’t remove all of the pet fur which was a problem for my daughter that has pet allergies. My daughter wasn’t able to sit on the couch without having a reaction. I wouldn’t reccomend for those with pet allergies.

Great place to spend a cozy weekend
The hiking weekend we planned was a complete rain fest, but it was so nice to come back to this cozy place in the woods and warm up in front of the fireplace!

Great place in the White Mountains
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was such a cool condo, with a great main room for gathering and eating, a well stocked kitchen for cooking, and bedrooms on two different levels that allowed for privacy for all of us. Loved the surrounding area and the condo was close to a lot of attractions and hiking. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location
The property is close to the state parks and attractions. You can easily hike the gorge, ride the train up the mountain or head to the beach. The owner answers emails quickly. The one bed area is very small to use for an adult. The cleaning service seemed to miss cleaning the shower areas and vacuuming pet hair.
