Nicely renovated. excellent bathroom with a large shower (even with overhead rain shower option). Large comfortable beds. Very well equipped kitchen. Roomy apartment.

Metro station is a bit farther off than we thought. DON'T come with a car, really narrow streets with steep gradiants and parking would be a nightmare: use taxi (for example BEAT app) or public transport instead. Foldaway bed (if you plan to use one) could use a cover mattress.

The apartment was great - super clean and updated with a light and calming atmosphere. Our host was friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. He met us with the keys and even let us leave our bags there before actual check-in time (our flight arrived mid-morning). He gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation and helped us find a place to get our required covid tests before we flew back to the US. He arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport (price not included with our stay). The driver was super nice and gave us some great tips for our stay in Athens and a day trip to an island. Even though we felt comfortable getting to the airport by Metro by the time we left Greece, we ended up having the same driver take us back to the airport since we had to get there super early in the morning before the trains were running. He cheerfully picked us up at 3:00 am! As far as location, the apartment was pretty far from the nearest metro stop. We were fine with walking, but it probably added 20 minutes onto our trip every morning and evening. The neighborhoods we walked through were fine and we never felt unsafe walking back to the apartment at night, but we definitely had to watch out for the mopeds and cars that zipped through the narrow streets, especially since sidewalks could be blocked by cars or uneven, making it difficult to stay off the road.

The breakfast items provided were ok, but not as tasty or light/fresh as I was hoping.

Owner is very helpfull and flexible ans apartment is great. I really recomend it, book it if you wish to have a nice stay in Athens. A lot of restaurants and bars located very closely. Me and my family enjoyed stay a lot.

Everything was perfect

This appartment is simply beautiful. The owners have created a stylish oasis of calm in the middle of busy Athens. It didn't only look good. The appartment was cool and well stocked with a basic breakfast and everything we needed for a short city break. There is a mini-markt across the road for beer, snacks and supplies and around the corner there are bars and restaurants. The appartment was a great place to relax, shower, eat and cool down after a days sight seeing in the hot Athens sun.

I wasn't completely happy with the location - but that's because I didn't know Athens at all when we booked. It's a bit far from down town and a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest metro station - which can be tough as the roads are all up and down and in the heat, with bags, it was hard going. However - it was a great way to see the 'real' Athens - where normal people live - instead of just the tourist areas. So be prepared to walk a bit - find out where the buses run and where the nearest metro stations are - or take a taxi to town. If you want to stay in a great apartment, with very friendly hosts, and experience a piece of 'real Athens' give this place a go.
