Relieved that the administrators found us alternative accomm after they called us 45mins prior to checkin to tell us they were cancelling because they double booked the accommodation (said it was a computer error). If they weren't able to find an alternative we would have been in a very difficult position, so the fact that they alternative accommodation was good (albeit lucky I expect)

Administration and communication extremely poor; 45 minutes before checkin in we received phonecall to say our booking was cancelled because they had made a mistake (even though we paid in full). One bathroom was not very clean, with a lot of hair on the floor and in the shower. I did not appreciate an email saying I had FAILED to check in. or make payment when neither were accurate.

Very family friendly & cosy but large enough to accommodate us comfortably

Beds were quite hard & it was very hard to find a blanket that wasn’t covered with stains! I didn’t expect that otherwise I would have brought our own to use.

Beautiful property in a central location

The amount of stairs would not make this a great place to stay with small children

the space was great! nice deck, good yard.

The driveway was a nightmare, too steep and our car was low so we weren’t able to drive it down Trying to get our belongings down was a very tricky experience where 3 of us being elderly have some form of walking problems Also steps going down from kitchen to dining room was another difficulty as it had no handrail to hang on to No where in the brochure did it state any of these things & that it really wasn’t suitable for elderly or anyone with some form of disability Anyone in a wheelchair would’ve had no chance Another small problem was in main bedroom the TV where we spent a couple of hours trying to work it out... just wouldn’t work

Excellent facilities, really homely feel in the house. Use of the double garage and driveway helped us prepare for our race. Good room sizes and bathrooms, Nice outdoor covered deck. Overall excellent.
