The location and the surrounding landscape. The quirkiness, and the location.

Outside furniture very old and unkept. Dining room had 4 dining chairs yet the property sleeps 6 adults. The dining room chairs very old no springs uncomfortable. One bedroom upstairs mattress was concave. The place needs an update.

Wonderful location and vistas. Peaceful, relaxing weekend away. Short trip into Kangaroo Valley or Berry.

Some lighting doesn't work and the property could use an upgrade in the heating department. Could do with some maintenance of the skylights etc where a lot of leaves and branches have built up.

beautifully detailed with a large emphasis on thoughtfulness. It practically had everything a guest would love including a fully stocked kitchen, lovely lighting throughout, and wonderful furnishings.

Stunning house, gardens and views. Everything we needed.

The house was extremely interesting & to be honest I spent the 1st day studying the build/styling & reading a book about architecture & gardens, left in the TV area everything fascinated me. Having grown up with parker furniture, I felt immediately at home. The kitchen supplies just incredible, no one in their right mind could EVER complaint about anything lacking. The feeling you were walking into a home that the owners had just walked out of, was a bonus for us, as little things left to make us feel welcome, were just lovely. We celebrated our 44th wedding anniversary here & instead of having a planned lunch at a local restaurant this was 'put straight on the back burner' & we enjoyed a simple BBQ, hot tub, glorious music, watching the sunset, just bliss. Myself a very busy business woman working 24/7 thoroughly appreciated the office space with excellent wifi. I would have no hesitations in recommending this lovely home & would come back in a heart beat

having to pick up the keys from the Kangaroo Valley property manager's key safe box (no contact) some 20 minutes from the house, during peak periods and dropping back was an inconvenience. Would suggest a key safe box at the house as all security checking is done prior to arrival & bond retainer secured. Also would suggest extra towels for the hot tub use as this house does not have a washing machine available for guests use. For us no issue as we had packed some beach towels so were covered for our 3 night stay.

Such a cute little place. Perfect for a getaway with a group of friends. Clean and cozy.

Great location and perfect property to take advantage of that. Quiet and great place to escape the noise and drama of day to day life and unwind.
