Maison historique entièrement mise à jour construite en 1906 au centre-ville de Prescott, AZ. Super emplacement juste à côté de Whiskey Row. Deux minutes à pied de tout le centre-ville.

Talk about a great location! Easy walking to the courthouse square. Clean neighborhood and the house was nice a cozy! Would recommend and plan to stay again.

This house was perfect for a short trip to Prescott. Walking distance to downtown, great kitchen and comfortable beds. Nothing more that we could have asked for.

The property is a cozy home within walking distance to the square with a fabulous outdoor area to spend the mornings and evenings! It is a true slice of historic Prescott. Owners are fabulous to work with in that the property is operational with great ease.

Just the easiest trip ever. Clear instructions and "rules" arrived several days before the trip. I took my mother for Mother's Day Weekend and she just loved it. The two bedrooms both had comfy beds. Super cute patio, where we had our coffee (pods included in the rental!) and cinnamon rolls (not included, but that's ok!). Overall, highly recommended for folks wanting to stay close to Downtown Prescott.

This cottage is darling and close to everything. The only thing that was difficult was not having a washer and dryer. We also had a storm while we were there and the house is rather cold (esp the bathroom) The individual thermostats are awesome so each room is controllable but the bathroom does not have one. I would recommend putting a space heater in the bathroom. We didn't have an opportunity to use the firepit or the bbq because the 8 inches of snow we got on the first night we were there.

The cottage provided comfortable, cozy and warm place to enjoy a quiet and relaxing Christmas weekend. The location is a 5 to 10 minute walk to Prescott Courthouse, restaurants and stores. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked and very clean. Each bedroom had a comfortable bed and easy to use TV.

Very nice cute little house very close to downtown. Driveway parking and a lot of close street parking. All amenities as listed. Owner was quick to respond to communication. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor area was comfortable. kitchen amenities were good. Would highly recommend.

Cottage and outdoor space were terrific. The location is fantastic given short walking distance to restaurants, pubs, shops, nightlife etc. yet just a block or so off the evening crowd noise.
Nice separation of 2 bedrooms with kitchen, bath and living space in between. It could get quite tight with more than 3 or 4 adults - worked great for our small group of gals. Highly recommend.

We stayed 4 nights so really got a feel for the property and the area. Superb. All information very accurate. Excellent location. AZ decor in the Cottage is welcoming. You can’t go wrong renting this. Thank you, Joe, for keeping up such a great property.

Awesome little place. Perfect location, two blocks to the courthouse square. Very quiet neighborhood but waking to everything.
Home is super well decorated, perfect size for 4 people. Super well appointed and tvs in all rooms, bonus.
Only issue was a squeaky door on one bedroom.
We all loved this place and would book again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much. If going to Prescott (Prescit), do yourself a favor and stay here!

Cute, clean and updated cottage close to downtown Prescott. My family and I enjoyed staying at this vacation rental during the “Epic Ride” Whiskey Off Road mountain bike race. A couple of blocks from Papa’s Italian restaurant! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was the 2nd time my fiance and I stayed at this cottage and has always been the perfect getaway for the two of us. We plan on making this a yearly tradition as it really is the perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway. Thanks so much

This is the second time we've stayed at this house. We try to stay here whenever we plan to be in Prescott, but unfortunately it's often already rented. We love it because it has all the amenities you need and is located walking distance from Whiskey Row. Highly recommended!

Perfect Place to spend Xmas at.
Loved being able to walk downtown, the cottage was so cute,clean and perfect for a family of 5!❤
Had everything you need, hot water, comfortable beds, pots and pans to cook and easy check in and check out.

The house is nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There was some street noise, but this is the trade-off for being so close to the courthouse Square. We would definitely stay again!

This is a great little spot to stay. This little house had it all. It wasn’t opulent but it had everything you needed to be comfortable. The four of us adults stayed there for two nights. The beds were comfortable , the shower was hot , the kitchen was well stocked! The location was amazing. We walked to the Square and enjoyed all the shops and restaurants and bars. The owners were available and kind and helpful anytime we needed anything. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very clean and well maintained. Very comfortable beds. Peets coffee was a nice surprise and very much appreciated! We will book again if available when we visit our granddaughter attending college in Prescott! Very close to downtown. We walked to dinner each night. Cozy house and perfect for daughter, granddaughter and me.
